Claims (6)
- 圧延プロセス/表面仕上げプロセスからのアルミニウム砕片で汚染されたオイルの再生方法であって、
アルミニウムで汚染された前記圧延オイルまたは表面仕上げオイルが水酸化アルカリ金属水溶液と混合され、水相とオイル相との間の分離が引き起こされ、それに続いて前記水相が前記オイル相から分離され、前記オイル相から乾燥剤により残留水および場合により存在する懸濁質が取り除かれ、汚染された圧延オイルまたは表面仕上げオイルと水酸化アルカリ金属水溶液との質量比が少なくとも1:2となることを特徴とする方法。 - 汚染されたオイルとして0.01〜5g/Lの金属アルミニウム含有量を有する圧延オイルまたは表面仕上げオイルが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化アルカリ金属水溶液が水酸化ナトリウム水溶液または水酸化カリウム水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウムの水酸化アルカリ金属での前記処理が水溶性ポリアルキレングリコールの存在下で行われ、アルキレンがエチレンおよび/またはプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水相と前記圧延オイル相の前記分離が、20℃で水とそれぞれの混合比において完全に相分離することなく溶解している粘度等級140のポリアルキレングリコールの添加により容易になることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器の下方部分に水または水性液が供給され、前記浄化された圧延オイル相が前記反応器の上方部分から流出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
