Claims (10)
- 電気充電スタンドの充電柱(30)のための冷却ユニット(10)であって、以下の特徴:
− 第1の接続部(11、13)および第2の接続部(15、16)を有する熱交換器(20)を含むことと、
− 前記第1の接続部(11、13)が前記電気充電スタンドの共通の一次冷却剤回路に流体的に接続され、および前記第2の接続部(15、16)が二次冷却剤回路に流体的に接続される場合、前記充電柱(30)の前記閉じられた二次冷却剤回路を冷却するように構成されることと
によって特徴付けられる冷却ユニット(10)。 - 以下の特徴:
− ポンプ(14)を含むことと、
− 前記ポンプ(14)が前記第2の接続部(15、16)に流体的に接続されることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の冷却ユニット(10)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 補償容器(12)を含むことと、
− 前記補償容器(12)が前記ポンプ(14)に流体的に接続されることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項2に記載の冷却ユニット(10)。 - 電気充電スタンドのための充電柱(30)であって、以下の特徴:
− 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却ユニット(10)と、充電ケーブル(17)とを含み、前記充電ケーブル(17)が、好ましくはケーブルラグ(22)を設けられ、かつ閉じられた二次冷却剤回路を有することと、
− 前記冷却ユニット(10)の前記第2の接続部(15、16)が前記二次冷却剤回路に流体的に接続されることと
によって特徴付けられる充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 前記電気充電スタンドの共通の一次冷却剤回路への接続のためのホース(19)を含むことと、
− 前記冷却ユニット(10)の前記第1の接続部(11、13)が前記ホース(19)に流体的に接続されることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項4に記載の充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 前記二次冷却剤回路が、反応の遅い、好ましくは不活性の非導電性流体、特にメトキシヘプタフルオロプロパン、メトキシノナフルオロプロパン、ハイドロフルオロエーテル、またはフルオロケトンで満たされること
によって特徴付けられる、請求項5に記載の充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 前記ホース(19)が、遮断弁(18)と、前記一次冷却剤回路の接続のための接続点(21)とを有することと、
− 前記遮断弁(18)が前記接続点(21)に配置されることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項5または6に記載の充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 左側のブラケットプレート(31)、好ましくはシート成形化合物を有する左側の外壁(32)と、右側のブラケットプレート(36)を有する右側の外壁(35)と、好ましくはドリップエッジを設けられるルーフ(38)とを含むことと、
− 前記ブラケットプレート(31、36)が前記外壁(32、35)に外側から当接することと、
− 前記ルーフ(38)が前記ブラケットプレート(31、36)間に嵌合式に配置されることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 2つの射出成形部品からなるケーブルホルダ(33)を含むことと、
− 前記ケーブルホルダ(33)が、同様に前記ブラケットプレート(31、36)間に嵌合式に配置され、かつ前記ルーフ(38)によって覆われることと
によって特徴付けられる、請求項8に記載の充電柱(30)。 - 以下の特徴:
− 前記外壁(32、35)の1つがロックメカニズム(37)を有すること
によって特徴付けられる、請求項8または9に記載の充電柱(30)。
