Claims (9)
- 高度多価不飽和脂肪酸生産能向上のための、アンフィディニウムカルテレ(Amphidinium carterae)、ヘテロシグマアカシオ(Heterosigmaakashiwo)またはテレオラクス種(Teleaulax sp.)の中の一つ以上の餌種を含む、混合栄養性渦鞭毛藻類微細藻類であるパラギムノディニウムシファエンス(Paragymnodinium shiwhaense)培養培地組成物。
- 前記高度多価不飽和脂肪酸は、オメガ−3不飽和脂肪酸である、請求項1に記載のパラギムノディニウムシファエンス培養培地組成物。
- 前記オメガ−3不飽和脂肪酸は、ドコサヘキサエン酸(Docosahexaenoicacid:DHA)、エイコサペンタエン酸(Eicosapentaenoic acid:EPA)、ドコサペンタエン酸(Docosapentaenoic acid:DPA)及びα−リノレン酸(ALA)で構成された群から選択された1種以上の多価不飽和脂肪酸である、請求項2に記載のパラギムノディニウムシファエンス培養培地組成物。
- 前記オメガ−3不飽和脂肪酸は、DHAまたはEPAである、 請求項3に記載のパラギムノディニウムシファエンス培養培地組成物。
- 前記餌種である前記アンフィディニウムカルテレ、ヘテロシグマアカシオまたはテレオラクス種対前記パラギムノディニウムシファエンスの個体数基準濃度比は5〜20:1である、請求項1に記載のパラギムノディニウムシファエンス培養培地組成物。
- 前記アンフィディニウムカルテレ対パラギムノディニウムシファエンスの個体数基準濃度比は8:1で、
前記ヘテロシグマアカシオ対パラギムノディニウムシファエンスの個体数基準濃度比は9:1で、
前記テレオラクス種対パラギムノディニウムシファエンスの個体数基準濃度比は14:1である、請求項5に記載のパラギムノディニウムシファエンス培養培地組成物。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一つに記載の培養培地組成物を利用して微細藻類としてパラギムノディニウムシファエンスを培養する段階を含む微細藻類を利用した多価不飽和脂肪酸を生産する方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一つに記載の培養培地組成物を利用して微細藻類としてパラギムノディニウムシファエンスを培養する段階を含む微細藻類を利用した多価不飽和脂肪酸生産能を向上させる方法。
- 前記生産能向上は、前記パラギムノディニウムシファエンスのデルタ−5及びデルタ−6不飽和酵素(desaturase)とデルタ−6伸長酵素(elongase)によるものである、請求項8に記載の方法。
