Abstract
Description
前記測定容器10として、有底筒状の透明PMMA製セル(高さ28mm×直径(最大径部分)φ7mm)を準備した。前記測定容器10の側面の前記平面部分の下端付近には、前記透光部11としての石英ガラス(直径4.5mm、厚さ0.3mm)を配置した。前記測定容器10内に、前記プラズマ発生電極20及び前記プラズマ不発生電極30を配置した。前記プラズマ発生電極20は、前記液面61に対して平行に配置した。そして、前記プラズマ発生電極20の先端が、前記透光部11に当接するように配置した。前記プラズマ発生電極20として、直径0.1mmのニクロム線を使用した。一方、前記プラズマ不発生電極30としては、直径4.0mmの炭素棒を使用した。前記プラズマ不発生電極30は、その側面の一部を測定容器10の側面の、前記透光部11と対向する側に、鉛直方向と直角に交わるように配置され、測定容器10の内部にその一部が露出している。すなわち、前記プラズマ不発生電極30の長手方向と前記プラズマ発生電極20の長手方向とは互いにねじれの位置にある。また、前記透光部11を介して、前記プラズマ発生電極20の先端と対面するように、受光部40としての光ファイバーを配置した。前記光ファイバーは、直径400μm単芯のものを使用した。また、前記光ファイバーは、凹面グレーティング方式の分光器(図示せず)に接続した。

Claims (3)
- 分析対象金属種である鉛を含むと想定される検体を、測定容器中に設置される少なくとも一方が炭素を材質として含有する電極である一対の電極への電流印加を通じて当該鉛の定量分析を行うのに先立ち、前記測定容器中に洗浄用電解質溶液を導入し、前記一対の電極への電流印加を行う洗浄工程を含むことを特徴とする炭素含有電極の洗浄方法。
- 前記洗浄工程における前記電流印加は、通電及び断電を所定時間繰り返してから前記洗浄用電解質溶液を捨てることを1セットとし、これを1セット以上5セット以下行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の炭素含有電極の洗浄方法。
- 前記電流印加の1セットとして、電圧は1mV以上、電流は10〜40mAを2秒通電及び2秒断電を0.2〜40分間にわたり繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項2記載の炭素含有電極の洗浄方法。
