Claims (15)
- セルベース複合構造(50)内の少なくとも1つのセル(58)を加熱するのに使用される装置であって、
前記セル(58)内に挿入されるツールブロック(74)であって、前記ツールブロック(74)は、前記セル(58)の少なくとも一部分(68、70)を加熱するための電磁エネルギー(90)の供給源(86)からの電磁エネルギー(90)に応答する少なくとも1つのサセプター(76)を含む、ツールブロック(74)
を備える、装置。 - 前記ツールブロック(74)が、
電磁場(90)に対して透過性である材料で形成されたツール本体(75)を含み、
前記サセプター(76)が前記ツール本体(75)内に埋設される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記サセプター(76)が、前記ツール本体(75)内の中心に位置する、請求項2に記載の装置。

複数のツールブロック(74)の各々内にサセプター(76)を設置するステップと、
前記セルベース複合構造(50)の前記セル(58)内にそれぞれ前記複数のツールブロック(74)を挿入するステップと、
電磁場(90)を発生させるステップと、
前記電磁場(90)を使用して前記サセプター(76)を誘導加熱するステップと、
加熱された前記サセプター(76)を使用して前記接着剤接合ライン(68、70)を熱硬化させるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記電磁場(90)を発生させるステップが、誘導コイル(88)に高周波交流電流を流すステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のツールブロック(74)が前記ツールブロックの列(84)として配設され、前記サセプター(76)を誘導加熱するステップは、前記電磁場(90)が前記ツールブロック(74)の前記列(84)に直交して延伸するような向きに前記誘導コイル(88)配置するステップと、
前記サセプター(76)と前記電磁場(90)を結合するステップと
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも特定の前記セル(58)が感熱性構成要素(72)を含み、前記サセプター(76)を誘導加熱するステップは、前記電磁場(90)が前記感熱性構成要素(72)に平行に延伸するような向きに前記誘導コイル(88)を配置することにより前記感熱性構成要素(72)の加熱を回避するステップを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記サセプター(76)を設置するステップが、前記複数のツールブロック(74)内にそれぞれ導電性金属素子(98、100、102、104)を挿入するステップを含む、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記サセプター(76)を設置するステップが、前記複数のツールブロック(74)の各々の周囲に少なくとも1つの導電性配線(100)を巻き付けるステップを含む、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
