Claims (10)
- シム(118)を形成する方法であって、
複数の複合材部品(108)間の前記シム(118)の位置(112)に透磁性材料(130)を伴う液体シム材料(124)を適用すること(1000)と、
前記位置(112)の前記透磁性材料(130)に磁場(136)を印加すること(1002)であって、前記磁場(136)は、前記液体シム材料(124)が固化して前記シム(118)を形成する温度まで、前記液体シム材料(124)を加熱するよう構成されている、磁場(136)を印加すること(1002)と、
前記シム(118)を形成するよう前記液体シム材料(124)を加熱した後に、前記透磁性材料(130)を取り除くことと
を含む、方法。 - 前記透磁性材料(130)は、前記液体シム材料(124)が前記位置(112)に適用される前に前記位置(112)の前記液体シム材料(124)内に配置されるか、又は、前記液体シム材料(124)が前記位置(112)に適用された後に前記液体シム材料(124)上に配置されるかのうちの少なくとも一方である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透磁性材料が、ワイヤ、帯状体、プレート又はシートのうちの少なくとも1つから選択された形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 磁場発生器(128)及び前記透磁性材料(130)が、前記液体シム材料(124)に接触して配置されるレイヤ(808)を形成する、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記透磁性材料(130)は高性能サセプタ(140)である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数の複合材部品(108)間のシム(118)の位置(112)に適用された透磁性材料(130)を伴う液体シム材料(124)と、
前記位置(112)の前記透磁性材料(130)に磁場(136)を印加するよう構成された磁場発生器(128)であって、前記磁場(136)は、前記液体シム材料(124)が固化して前記シム(118)を形成する温度まで、前記液体シム材料(124)を加熱するよう構成されている、磁場発生器(128)と
を含む装置であって、
前記透磁性材料(130)は、前記シム(118)を形成するよう前記液体シム材料(124)を加熱した後に、取り除かれる、装置。 - 前記透磁性材料(130)は、前記液体シム材料(124)が前記位置(112)に適用される前に前記位置(112)の前記液体シム材料(124)内に配置されるか、又は前記液体シム材料(124)が前記位置(112)に適用された後に前記液体シム材料(124)上に配置されるかのうちの少なくとも一方である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記透磁性材料が、ワイヤ、帯状体、プレート又はシートのうちの少なくとも1つから選択された形状を有する、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記磁場発生器(128)及び前記透磁性材料(130)はレイヤ(808)を形成する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レイヤ(808)は、前記液体シム材料(124)が固化して前記シム(118)を形成した後に取り除かれるよう構成される、請求項9に記載の装置。
