Abstract
Description
車両の外部に設けられた充電装置の充電プラグを介して充電可能なバッテリを有した車両に搭載される電子装置であって、
半導体スイッチ(50)と、
半導体スイッチにオン及びオフを指示する制御部(10、40)と、
半導体スイッチは、充電プラグが車両に取り付けられた際に、電子装置の内部の電源(71)と充電装置との間に形成される電流経路上に設けられており、電子装置の内部における特定電圧を基準電圧としてオン及びオフすることで、電流経路を導通及び遮断することを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 車両の外部に設けられた充電装置の充電プラグを介して充電可能なバッテリを有した前記車両に搭載される電子装置であって、
半導体スイッチ(50)と、
前記半導体スイッチにオン及びオフを指示する制御部(10、40)と、
前記半導体スイッチは、前記充電プラグが前記車両に取り付けられた際に、前記電子装置の内部の電源(71)と前記充電装置との間に形成される電流経路上に設けられており、前記電子装置の内部における特定電圧を基準電圧としてオン及びオフすることで、前記電流経路を導通及び遮断する電子装置。 - 前記半導体スイッチは、P型MOSFETであり、前記制御部からオン及びオフの指示がなされるゲート端子と、前記ゲート端子がオンとなる電位との間に抵抗が設けられて、前記ゲート端子の前記電位が固定されている請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御部は、演算部(10)と、前記演算部によって制御可能なスイッチ制御回路(40)とを含んでおり、
前記演算部は、前記充電装置による漏電検出が行われる間、前記電流経路の遮断を前記スイッチ制御回路に指示し、
前記スイッチ制御回路は、前記演算部から前記電流経路の遮断を指示されると前記ゲート端子に電圧を印加して前記電流経路を遮断する請求項2に記載の電子装置。 - 前記電流経路は、前記半導体スイッチのドレイン端子と、前記充電プラグが電気的に接続されるコネクタとの間に、電流制限抵抗が設けられている請求項2又は3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記特定電圧は、前記バッテリから供給される電源電圧と、前記電子装置内のグランドとの間の電圧である請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- さらに、フォトカプラ(21)と、電子装置の起動回路(30)と、を備えており、
前記フォトカプラは、一次側の発光部(22)が前記電流経路に設けられており、二次側の受光部(23)に前記起動回路が電気的に接続されており、
前記起動回路は、前記充電プラグが前記車両に嵌合することで前記発光部に電流が流れて発光し、前記受光部が前記発光部からの光を受光することで生じる電圧変化を検出して、前記電子装置を起動する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。 - さらに、前記充電プラグが前記車両に嵌合することで前記発光部に電流が流れて発光し、前記受光部が前記発光部からの光を受光することで生じる電圧変化を検出して、前記充電プラグが前記車両に嵌合したことを検出する嵌合検出回路(20)を備えている請求項6に記載の電子装置。
