Claims (12)
- 燃焼機関用過給装置(20)であって、
圧縮機ハウジング(2)を有する圧縮機(1)、及び
電気モータ(7)を含み、
前記圧縮機ハウジング内には圧縮機ホイール(3)が配置され、該圧縮機ホイールは回転子軸(5)の一端部(4)に装着され、
前記圧縮機ハウジングは、圧縮機ホイールの後側(36)に隣接した圧縮機ハウジング後壁(6)を有し、
前記電気モータは外部で磁石(11)を取り囲む固定子巻線(12)を有し、該磁石は前記回転子軸(5)に配置され、
前記固定子巻線(12)は、積層コア(18)の無スロットの円筒状内側表面(37)に配置され、
前記電気モータ(7)は、ブラシレスモータの形態になっている燃焼機関用過給装置。 - 前記積層コア(18)は環状である、請求項1に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記積層コア(18)は固定子巻線(12)にある収容凹部(19)に配置される、請求項2に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記積層コア(18)は、その外側円周方向表面(32)で前記固定子巻線(12)の外側円周方向表面(31)を越えて半径方向に突出している、請求項2または請求項3に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 外部で前記固定子巻線(12)を取り囲む固定子ハウジング(13)を特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記圧縮機ハウジング後壁(6)に配置される汚染保護カバー(14)を特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記軸(8)と回転子軸(5)とは一体的な部品の形態になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記圧縮機ハウジング(2)の圧縮機ハウジング後壁(6)は冷却ジャケット(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記固定子巻線(12)の端面(33)に、巻線タップ(34、35)が提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 前記燃焼機関は、内燃機関または燃料電池の形態になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼機関用過給装置。
- 燃焼機関用過給装置の電気駆動式圧縮機の始動挙動を改善するための方法であって、
電気モータの回転子を規定された回転子位置に配向させるために、前記過給装置の圧縮機の電気モータのコイルに電圧を印加するステップ;及び
前記回転子を前記規定された回転子位置から加速させるステップを含む方法。 - 前記電圧は圧縮過程の直前に印加される、請求項11に記載の方法。
