スイッチング・アセンブリが、バッテリ・セル・ユニットの1つ以上を選択的に接続するまたは迂回するように動作的に構成される。
以上で説明したような回路モジュールと、
回路モジュールに結合された複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットと、
を含む。
バッテリ・セル・ユニットの測定電圧、電流、および/または温度を、所定の電圧、電流、および/または温度範囲、および/または第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットの測定電圧、電流、および/または温度と比較し、
バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続および/または迂回することを決定し、
各バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続または迂回するようにスイッチング・アセンブリを制御することができる。

第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットおよび第3バッテリ・セル・ユニットが電気的に直列に接続され、第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットが切断される第2状態における動作と、
第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットおよび第3バッテリ・セル・ユニットが電気的直列に接続され、第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットが切断される第3状態における動作と、
を可能にするように動作的に構成される。

回路モジュールに結合された複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットと、
を含む。
バッテリ・セル・ユニットの測定電圧、電流、および/または温度を所定の電圧、電流、および/または温度範囲、および/または第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットの測定電圧、電流、および/または温度と比較し、
バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続および/または切断することを決定し、
各バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続または切断するようにスイッチング・アセンブリを制御することができる。
本発明の他の態様によれば、複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットを結合するための回路モジュールであって、この回路モジュールは第1サブモジュールと第2サブモジュールとを含む。各サブモジュールは、

前記第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットおよび前記第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットが電気的に直列に接続され、前記第3バッテリ・セル・ユニットが切断される第1状態における動作と、
前記第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットおよび前記第3バッテリ・セル・ユニットが電気的に直列に接続され、前記第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットが切断される第2状態における動作と、
前記第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットおよび前記第3バッテリ・セル・ユニットが電気的直列に接続され、前記第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットが切断される第3状態における動作と、
を可能にするように動作的に構成される。
スイッチング・アセンブリは、前記複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットから出力される総電圧を変化させるように、前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットの内任意の1つ以上を選択的に接続または切断するように動作的に構成することができる。

Claims (16)
- 複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットを結合するための回路モジュールであって、
第1バッテリ・セル・ユニットに結合するための正端子および負端子を有する第1端子集合体と、
第2バッテリ・セル・ユニットに結合するための正端子および負端子を有する第2端子集合体と、
を含み、
前記第1端子集合体の正端子が、直接または1つ以上の受動素子を介して、前記第2端子集合体の負端子に結合され、
前記第1端子集合体の負端子、および前記第2端子集合体の正端子が各々、スイッチング・アセンブリに結合され、
前記スイッチング・アセンブリが、前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットの各1つを選択的に接続するまたは迂回するように動作的に構成される、回路モジュール。 - 請求項1記載の回路モジュールにおいて、前記回路モジュールが、バッテリ・セル・ユニットを隣接するバッテリ・セル・ユニットに、これらの間にある電流路において多くとも1つの閉じているスイッチを介して、接続することを可能にする、回路モジュール。

- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路モジュールにおいて、前記スイッチング・アセンブリの任意のスイッチング状態において、閉じているスイッチのバッテリ・セル・ユニットに対する比率が、前記回路モジュールの動作中は1未満である、回路モジュール。
- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路モジュールにおいて、各スイッチング・アセンブリが、関連するバッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続する第1スイッチと、前記関連するバッテリ・セル・ユニットを迂回する第2スイッチとを含む、回路モジュール。
- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路モジュールにおいて、前記スイッチング・アセンブリが、1つ以上の電気機械式リレーを含む、回路モジュール。
- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路モジュールにおいて、前記スイッチング・アセンブリが、1つ以上のトランジスタを含む、回路モジュール。
- バッテリ・システムであって、
前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路モジュールと、
前記回路モジュールに結合された複数のバッテリ・セル・ユニットと、
を含む、バッテリ・システム。 - 請求項8記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットが、使用済みバッテリ・セル・ユニットである、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項8または9記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットが、使用済み車両用バッテリである、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリ・システムであって、更に、前記回路モジュールに結合するために1つ以上のバッテリ・セル・ユニットを装着させるように構成されたバッテリ・マウントを含み、前記回路モジュールの全てのスイッチング・アセンブリが、前記バッテリ・マウントの一方側に配置される、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項11記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記バッテリ・マウントが、前記1つ以上のバッテリ・セル・ユニットを、その動作寿命における任意の時点において、前記バッテリ・システムに合わせて改造することを可能にするように構成される、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリ・システムであって、更に、前記回路モジュールの前記スイッチング・アセンブリを制御するコントローラを含む、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項13記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記コントローラが、前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットの充電および放電挙動に基づいて、前記スイッチング・アセンブリを制御する、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項14記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記コントローラが、充電および/または放電中における前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットの電圧、電流、および/または温度に基づいて、各バッテリ・セル・ユニットの充電および放電挙動を決定する、バッテリ・システム。
- 請求項15記載のバッテリ・システムにおいて、前記コントローラが、
前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットの測定電圧、電流、および/または温度を、所定の電圧、電流、および/または温度範囲と比較し、
前記バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続および/または迂回することを決定し、
各バッテリ・セル・ユニットを接続または迂回するように前記スイッチング・アセンブリを制御する、バッテリ・システム。
