Claims (8)
- パレット上に担持されたコイルを振動させるためのシステムであって、前記パレットはコンベアに沿って移動可能であり、前記システムは、
前記パレットを持ち上げると共に前記コンベアの上方に間隔を置いて配置される上昇位置において前記パレットを支持するためのエレベータ機構と、
前記エレベータ機構を振動させ、これによって、前記パレットと、その上で担持された前記コイルとを振動させるための手段と
を備える、システム。 - 前記エレベータ機構は、前記コンベア上に支持された前記パレットの下方に間隔を置いて配置される下方位置と、前記上昇位置において前記パレットを支持する上方位置との間で、垂直方向に調整可能なリフトフレームを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リフトフレームが前記上昇位置にあるとき、前記パレットを前記リフトフレームに対して解放可能に固定するためのクランプをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記リフトフレームがクサビアセンブリによって垂直方向に調整可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記リフトフレームと前記クサビアセンブリとの間に介在させられた防振マウントをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動させるための手段は、前記リフトフレームを振動させるよう構成されかつ配置された振動モーターを含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイルは、前記パレットから垂直方向に突出するステムによって内部で支持される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- パレット上に担持されたコイルを振動させるためのシステムであって、前記パレットはコンベアに沿って移動可能であり、前記システムは、
前記コンベア上に支持された前記パレットの下方に間隔を置いて配置された下方位置と、前記コンベアの上方に間隔を置いて配置された上昇位置において前記パレットを支持する上方位置との間で、垂直方向に調整可能なリフトフレームと、
前記上方位置において前記リフトフレームを振動させるよう構成されかつ配置された振動モーターと
を備える、システム。
