Claims (7)
- パレット(10)上に担持されたコイル(C)を振動させるためのシステムであって、前記パレットはコンベア(18)に沿って移動可能であり、前記システムは、
前記コイルを担持するための前記パレットと、
前記パレットを持ち上げると共に支持するためのエレベータ機構であって、前記エレベータ機構は、前記パレットが前記コンベアから離間するように前記パレットを上昇させるよう構成される、エレベータ機構と、
前記エレベータ機構を振動させ、これによって、前記パレットと、その上で担持された前記コイルとを振動させるための手段(S)と
を備え、
前記エレベータ機構は、前記パレットを持ち上げると共に、前記パレットが前記コンベアの上方に置かれる上昇位置において前記パレットを支持することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記エレベータ機構はリフトフレーム(20)を備え、
前記リフトフレーム(20)は、このリフトフレーム(20)が、前記コンベア上に支持された前記パレットの下方に置かれる下方位置と、前記上昇位置において前記パレットを支持する上方位置との間で、垂直方向に位置調整可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記リフトフレームが前記上昇位置にあるとき、前記パレットを前記リフトフレームに対して取り外し可能に固定するためのクランプ(24)をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記リフトフレームがクサビアセンブリ(23)によって垂直方向に位置調整可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記リフトフレームと前記クサビアセンブリとの間に介在させられた防振マウント(22)をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動させるための手段は、前記リフトフレームを振動させるよう構成されかつ配置された振動モーター(30)を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記パレットは、前記コイルの中心を通って垂直方向に突出するステム(12)を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
