Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの同心に配置された燃焼管を備える、ハロゲン化水素を生成するための燃焼デバイスであって、内側燃焼管内に旋回発生器が配置された、燃焼デバイス。
- 外側燃焼管、前記内側燃焼管、および前記旋回発生器が、好ましくは、黒鉛、合成黒鉛、合成樹脂を含浸させた黒鉛、好ましくはフェノール樹脂を含浸させた黒鉛、炭化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素で被覆した黒鉛、石英ガラス、酸化アルミニウム、またはそれらの任意の混合物からなる群から選択された耐食材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記旋回発生器が、0.5から2倍の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記旋回発生器が、30mmから300mmの外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記旋回発生器のコア径と外径との比が、1:2.5から1:1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記旋回発生器が、少なくとも2つのガイドベーンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 流れを受ける前記旋回発生器の総断面エリアに基づく自由断面エリアが、15から75%であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記ガイドベーンが、前記旋回発生器の長手方向軸に沿って螺旋状に延在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記ガイドベーンが、35°から85°の平均入射角を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 供給されたガスが、外側燃焼管から外に軸方向に放出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記内側燃焼管および外側燃焼管が、同じ高さのところで途絶されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記内側燃焼管内の、流れを受ける前記旋回発生器の側に、スピンドルが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- スピンドル径とコア径とが等しいことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 外側燃焼管の径が、燃焼室に向かって狭まることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
- 前記旋回発生器が、前記旋回発生器の外径の最大で2倍まで前記内側燃焼管内に引っ込んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼デバイス。
