Abstract
Description
すす燃焼触媒は、銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含む。
でドープすることができる。
SCR触媒は、卑金属、卑金属の酸化物、混合酸化物上に担持された金属,モレキュラーシーブ、金属含有モレキュラーシーブ又はこれらの混合物を含むことができる。
CO+1/2O2 → CO2
[HC]+O2 → CO2+H2O
試料1〜6が、以下に示すように、CeZr及び様々な量のCuを含むウオッシュコートを不活性基材の表面上に適用することにより調製された。試料7は、CeZr及び5wt%のFeを含むウオッシュコートを不活性基材の表面上に適用することにより調製された。試料2〜8はゼオライトを含まなかった。試料は、乾燥させ、次いで500℃で1時間か焼された。
実施例1の試料を800℃で16時間老化させた。試料を、実施例1に記載されるようにして、熱重量分析(TGA)及びUV/可視分光法により分析した。
フレッシュな触媒及び熱水エージングにより老化させた触媒の性能を、受動的(3000rpmのエンジン、490℃の触媒)及び能動的(100kg/時の排気流、630℃で12分間の触媒)条件下でのエンジンベンチ試験において評価した。
Claims (28)
- SCR触媒と、銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含むすす触媒との混合物を含む組成物であって、フィルタへの適用のために配合される組成物。
- 銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアが、(a)ジルコニア,(b)ジルコニア及びプラセオジム,(c)ジルコニア及びネオジム、又は(d)ジルコニア、プラセオジム及びネオジムでドープされる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- すす触媒とSCR触媒がそれぞれ、5:95から95:5、好適には5:95から50:50、更に好適には10:90から30:70の重量比で存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 銅又はマンガンが、セリアの重量に対して0.5から15重量%で存在するか、又は鉄がセリアの重量に対して0.5から10重量%で存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 一又は複数の追加の金属酸化物を更に含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 一又は複数の追加の金属酸化物が、ジルコニウム、プラセオジム若しくはネオジムの酸化物、又は前記酸化物のうちの二つ以上の組み合わせを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む触媒フィルタ。
- フィルタ中のSCR触媒の量が、銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含まない同様のフィルタと比較して低減されている、請求項7に記載の触媒フィルタ。
- 銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含まない同等のフィルタと比較して、SCR触媒が毒作用の影響を受けにくい、請求項7又は8に記載の触媒フィルタ。
- 希薄燃焼排気ガスを処理するためのシステムであって、(a)窒素性還元剤インジェクタ、及び(b)請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含むフィルタを備え、前記インジェクタが、前記触媒フィルタの上流に配置されて且つ前記触媒フィルタと流体連通する、システム。
- フィルタ中のSCR触媒の量が、銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含まない同様のフィルタと比較して低減されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含まない同等のフィルタと比較して、SCR触媒が毒作用の影響を受けにくい、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- インジェクタの上流に配置されたディーゼル酸化触媒、フィルタの下流に配置された一又は複数のフロースルーSCR触媒、及びフロースルーSCR触媒(複数可)の下流に配置されたアンモニアスリップ触媒のうちの一又は複数を更に備える、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 希薄燃焼排気ガスを処理するための、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタの使用。
- (a)すす、NOx、及び窒素性還元剤を含む希薄燃焼排気ガス流を、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタを通して流すことであって、SCR触媒とすす触媒とはフィルタ上に混合物として存在する、流すこと,(b)触媒フィルタ上のすすの少なくとも一部を酸化すること;並びに(c)前記NOxの少なくとも一部を還元することを含む、希薄燃焼排気ガスの処理方法。
- 銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを含まない同等のフィルタと比較して、SCR触媒が毒作用の影響を受けにくい、請求項15に記載の方法。
- SCR含有フィルタ上のすす燃焼を改善するための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- フィルタに請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を提供することを含む、SCR含有フィルタ上のすす燃焼を改善する方法。
- フィルタ上に含まれるSCR触媒の劣化に対する感受性を低下させるための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- フィルタに請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を提供することを含む、フィルタ上に含まれるSCR触媒の劣化に対する感受性を低下させる方法。
- フィルタ上のすすのすす燃焼温度を低下させるための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- フィルタに請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を提供することを含む、フィルタ上のすすのすす燃焼温度を低下させる方法。
- 毒作用に対するフィルタ上のSCR触媒の耐性を向上させるための、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタの使用。
- フィルタに銅ドープセリア、鉄ドープセリア又はマンガンドープセリアを提供することを含む、毒作用に対するフィルタ上のSCR触媒の耐性を向上させる方法。
- エンジンから排出される排気ガスから粒子状物質を補促するための、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタの使用。
- 粒子状物質を含む排気ガスを、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタと接触させることを含む、エンジンから排出された排気ガスから粒子状物質を補促するための方法。
- 希薄燃焼排気ガスを処理するための、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒フィルタの使用。
