Claims (11)
- 圧力下でプリフォーム内へ導入される液状の充填物によってプリフォーム(13)から充填された容器を製造するための装置であって、
型(14)及び形成充填ヘッド(15)を備える形成充填ステーション(12)を含み、前記型(14)内で前記プリフォーム(13)は充填された容器へと変形可能であり、前記形成充填ヘッド(15)にはライン(11)によって圧力下で充填物が供給可能でありまた前記形成充填ヘッド(15)は前記プリフォーム(13)に対する充填物供給を制御するための充填弁(16)を有している、前記装置において、
前記充填弁(16)が弁装置を有しており、当該弁装置が、
実質的に同一の直径(D)を有し、互いに間隔をおいて配設されている、第1及び第2のパイプ支持部(1a、1b)、
前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の間に配されており、その最大径が少なくとも前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の直径に対応する弁体(2)、
並びに、両パイプ支持部(1a、1b)に沿って変位可能であり、両パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の間の間隔を密に架橋するスリーブ(3)
を含んでいること、
その際、前記スリーブ(3)が最大内径を有しており、当該最大内径が前記弁体(2)の最大直径よりも大きいこと、
また、前記弁装置の閉鎖位置にて前記スリーブ(3)が前記弁体(2)に配されている密閉面(6)と接触状態にあるように、前記スリーブ(3)が前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)に沿って変位可能であること、
また、前記密閉面(6)が実質的に前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の直径(D)を有していること、
を特徴する装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記弁装置の前記弁体(2)が、少なくとも部分領域にて、ほぼ、円錐形状、円錐台形状、半球形状、球セグメント形状、又は、球形状を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、
前記弁装置の前記スリーブ(3)が回転対称に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記弁装置の前記弁体(2)が、両方の前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の少なくとも一方に固定されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
成形充填ヘッド(15)が延伸ロッド(8)を含んでおり、当該延伸ロッド(8)は前記弁装置の前記弁体(2)を貫通縦断する
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 実質的に同一の直径(D)を有し、互いに間隔をおいて配設されている第1及び第2のパイプ支持部(1a、1b)、
前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の間に配されており、その最大径が少なくとも前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の直径に対応する弁体(2)、
並びに、両パイプ支持部(1a、1b)に沿って変位可能であり、両パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の間の間隔を密に架橋するスリーブ(3)
を含んでいる弁装置にして、
前記スリーブ(3)が最大内径を有しており、当該最大内径が前記弁体(2)の最大直径よりも大きい、弁装置において、
前記弁装置の閉鎖位置では前記スリーブ(3)が前記弁体(2)に配されているシーリング面(6)と接触状態にあるように、前記スリーブ(3)が前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)に沿って変位可能であること、
及び、前記シーリング面(6)が実質的に前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の直径(D)を有していること、
を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項6に記載の弁装置において、
前記弁体(2)が、少なくとも部分領域にて、ほぼ、円錐形状、円錐台形状、半球形状、球セグメント形状、又は、球形状を有すること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の弁装置において、
前記スリーブ(3)が回転対称に構成されていること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項6から8の何れか一項に記載の弁装置において、
前記弁体(2)が、両方の前記パイプ支持部(1a、1b)の少なくとも一方に固定されていること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項6から9の何れか一項に記載の弁装置において、
前記弁装置が延伸ロッド(8)を含んでおり、当該延伸ロッド(8)が前記弁体(2)を貫通縦断すること、を特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項6から10の何れか一項に記載の弁装置の、圧力下でプリフォーム内へ導入される液状の充填物によってプリフォームから容器を成形及び充填するための方法での使用。
