Claims (14)
- ヒトの心臓の右心の三尖弁口用の組立品であって、
三尖弁バイオプロテーゼ(210)と封止スカート(610)とを担持している内部ステント(200)に接続された外部フレーム(100)
を含み、
前記外部フレーム(100)は、その位置を自己三尖弁弁輪内に保持するように構成されており、
前記内部ステント(200)は、1つ以上の固定ストランドによって前記外部フレームに接続されており、
前記封止スカート(610)は前記外部フレーム(100)と前記内部ステント(200)との間に存在する隙間空間を覆っており、
前記封止スカート(610)は、前記外部フレーム(100)と前記自己三尖弁弁輪の領域内の自己組織の部位との間の接触空間を遮断するように構成されている、
組立品。 - 前記外部フレーム(100)は、前記組立品を前記自己三尖弁弁輪内の適所に保持するように構成されている変形可能領域を有する、請求項1に記載の組立品。
- 前記外部フレーム(100)は、前記自己弁輪の領域から上流側に、前記自己三尖弁弁輪内における前記組立品の保持を強化するように構成された形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組立品。
- 前記外部フレーム(100)は、前記自己弁輪の領域から下流側に、前記自己三尖弁弁輪内における前記組立品の保持を強化するように構成された形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記外部フレーム(100)は、1つ以上のストランド(411,412,413,414)によって前記内部ステント(200)に接続されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記外部フレーム(100)は4つのサブセクション(101,102,103,104)を含み、前記サブセクションのそれぞれは、ニチノール製のストランドによって前記内部ステントに接続されている、請求項5に記載の組立品。
- 前記自己組織に固定するための少なくとも1つの固定要素(501,502)を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記封止スカート(610)は、いくつかのサブセクション及び/又はいくつかの材料層を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記フレーム(100)及び/又は前記ステント(200)及び/又は固定ストランド(411,412,413,414)及び/又は固定要素(501,502)は感熱材料及び/又は形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ及び/又は放射線不透過性マーカーを更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記組立品の構造を変更するのに好適な及び/又は前記自己弁輪に対する前記組立品の一部の位置を調整するのに好適なアクチュエータを更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記組立品は、下大静脈内に配置するのに好適なステント(701)に接続されており、前記ステントは、ニチノール製のストランドによって前記組立品の前記フレームに接続されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 前記組立品は、経皮的経路による導入のためにカテーテル内でパッケージされた状態(800)に折り畳まれている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組立品。
- 三尖弁を置換する方法であって、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組立品をカテーテル内に折り畳まれた状態で配置するステップと、前記組立品を経皮的経路によって導入及び留置するステップと、
を含む、方法。
