Abstract
Description
− カバープレートとして具体化される熱交換器プレート18を2つの部分で構成する方法(図1参照)、
− 下側エンドプレート19と、両側に開いたダクトを備えるベースプレート5と、カバープレートとして具体化された熱交換プレート18とを含む3つの部分で構成する方法(図6a参照)、
− カバープレートとして具体化され、一体型ダクトと、付加ユニット6または別の部材とを備える熱交換プレート18を、閉鎖部として構成する方法(図6b参照)。
Claims (9)
- 熱伝達媒体(4)を用いて流体(3)の温度を制御するための熱交換器装置(2)を備える熱交換器モジュール(1)であって、前記熱交換器装置(2)は、ベースプレート(5)上に配置され、
少なくとも1つの付加ユニット(6)が、前記ベースプレート(5)上に配置され、
前記ベースプレート(5)に、少なくとも:
温度制御される流体(3)の流入口(7)および流出口(8)、および
前記熱伝達媒体(4)の流入口(9)および流出口(10)のダクトが設けられ、
前記少なくとも1つの付加ユニット(6)の少なくとも1つの流入ライン(11)および流出ライン(12)は、前記ベースプレート(5)に配置されていて、前記ベースプレート(5)における前記流入口(7、9)および前記流出口(8、10)から流体的に分離されている
ことを特徴とする、熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記熱交換器装置(2)は、プレート熱交換器(14)として具体化され、特に、オイルクーラーとして具体化される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記付加ユニット(6)は、ポンプ(15)として具体化され、および/または前記付加ユニット(6)は、フィルタ装置(13)として具体化され、特に、オイルフィルタとして具体化される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記ポンプ(15)は、オイルポンプまたは冷媒ポンプとして具体化される
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記ベースプレート(5)は、ダイキャスト部材として、または、パンチ部材として、または、プラスチック射出成形部品として具体化される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも1つの付加ユニット(6)の前記流入ライン(11)および/または前記流出ライン(12)の、特に、溝状の第1壁領域(16)は、前記ベースプレート(5)に一体化され、前記流入ライン(11)および/または前記流出ライン(12)を形成する第2壁領域(17)は、前記熱交換器装置(2)により、特に、その熱交換器プレート(18)により形成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記熱交換器装置(2)および前記少なくとも1つの付加ユニット(6)は、前記ベースプレート(5)の反対側の面に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも1つの付加ユニット6は、プラスチックハウジングを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに1つに記載の熱交換器モジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の前記熱交換器モジュール(1)を備える内燃機関(19)。
