Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年10月16日付けで本発明者らが出願した米国仮特許出願第62/242,579号の出願日の利益を主張する。

はUin≒Ugasを意味し、またしたがってU0=Uin+Ugasを使用し、

Claims (7)
- 細長い外部導体と、
前記外部導体を取り囲み、前記外部導体とともにチューブを形成する外部絶縁体と、
前記チューブ内の細長い内部導体と、
前記内部導体を取り囲む内部絶縁体とを備え、
前記チューブの内表面と前記内部絶縁体との間にチャネルがある、電気外科用ケーブル。 - 導体および絶縁体のサイズおよび材料が、前記内部導体に印加される電圧が破壊電圧よりも高く、前記チャネル内を流れるガスに印加される電圧が破壊電圧よりも低いように選択される、請求項1に記載の電気外科用ケーブル。
- 前記内部電極を電気外科用電源に接続する、前記内部電極に接続された電気コネクタと、
前記外部電極をアースに接続する、前記外部電極に接続された電気コネクタと、
前記チューブを流体源に接続する、前記チューブに接続された流体コネクタとをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の電気外科用ケーブル。 - 外半径cを有する細長い外部導体と、
前記外部導体を取り囲み、内半径dおよび外半径eを有し、かつ前記外部導体とともにチューブを形成する外部絶縁体と、
前記チューブ内にあり、前記内部電極が半径aを有する細長い内部導体と、
前記内部導体を取り囲み、外半径bを有する内部絶縁体とを備え、
前記チューブの内表面と前記内部絶縁体との間にチャネルがあり、半径a、b、c、d、eが、a<b<c≦d≦eであるように選択される、電気外科用ケーブル。 - 総印加電圧(U0)が、内部絶縁体(Uin)と、内部および外部絶縁体の間のガスギャップ(Ugas)との間で、U0=Uin+Ugasであるように分配されるように、半径a、b、c、d、およびeが選択される、請求項4に記載の電気外科用ケーブル。
- a、b、c、d、およびeが、Uin≒Ugasであるように選択される、請求項5に記載の電気外科用ケーブル。
- a=0.25mm、b=2.5mm、c=d=4mm、およびe=5mmである、請求項4、5、または6に記載の電気外科用ケーブル。
