Claims (9)
- 特に圧力媒体をガイドする通路内で圧力媒体流を絞るための弁装置(10)であって、
弁座(18)によって包囲された絞り横断面(20)を形成する弁体(12)と、
前記弁体(12)内で可動に支持され、かつ前記絞り横断面(20)を優勢的な圧力比に依存して調節する弁部材(16)と、を有しており、前記弁部材(16)が、弾性的なリセット部材によって前記弁装置(10)の貫流方向に抗して負荷されている形式のものにおいて、
前記弁部材(16)が流れ変向手段(22;24)を備えており、該流れ変向手段(22;24)は、前記弁部材(16)が周囲を環流されている状態で、前記弁部材(16)を負荷し、かつ前記弁装置(10)の貫流方向に対して直交する横方向に作用する横方向力(Q)を生ぜしめることを特徴とする、弁装置(10)。 - 前記流れ変向手段が、圧力媒体によって貫流可能な少なくとも1つの溝(22)の形状および/または圧力媒体によって周囲を環流される少なくとも1つの羽根状の突起(24)の形状で、前記弁部材(16)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記流れ変向手段(22;24)がそれぞれ、前記弁部材(16)と一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記流れ変向手段(22;24)が、前記弁部材(16)の少なくとも1つの第1の周方向セクションに配置されており、前記弁部材(16)が、前記流れ変向手段(22;24)を備えていない少なくとも1つの第2の周方向セクションを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記羽根状の突起(24)が、前記流れ変向手段(22;24)を備えた、前記弁部材(16)の前記第1の周方向セクションから、前記流れ変向手段(22;24)を備えていない前記第2の周方向セクションへの移行領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記羽根状の突起(24)が、前記弁部材(16)の、円錐形に形成されたセクション(16b)に形成されていて、前記弁装置(10)の貫流方向に整列されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記羽根状の突起(24)と前記弁体(12)の内周壁とが、前記弁装置(10)の前記絞り横断面(20)の直ぐ下流の領域内で、それぞれの輪郭形状に互いに合わせられていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の弁装置(10)。
- 前記溝(22)が、前記弁部材(16)の円筒形のセクション(16c)の周面に形成されていて、前記弁装置(10)の貫流方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(10)。
- 特にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ回路内の圧力脈動を減衰するための減衰装置(50)であって、圧力媒体をガイドする通路(56)内で圧力媒体流を絞るための弁装置(10)と、該弁装置(10)に前置接続された圧力媒体リザーバ(54)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
前記弁装置(10)が、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項または複数項の記載に従って構成されていることを特徴とする、減衰装置(50)。
