- 貯留室(5)と、該貯留室(5)内を移動可能にガイドされる蓄圧ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D,10E)と、バルブモジュール(40A,40B,40C,40D,40E)とを備える貯留室バルブであって、前記バルブモジュールは、少なくとも1つのシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E,43D,43E)を備え、該シート弁は、ダクト(46A,46B,46C,46D,46E,47D,47E)の縁部に設けられた弁座(44A,44B,44C,44D,44E,45D,45E)と、閉位置において前記弁座(44A,44B,44C,44D,44E,45D,45E)をシールする閉弁要素(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E,21D,21E)とを含み、前記貯留室(5)は、前記ダクト(46A,46B,46C,46D,46E,47D,47E)を介して第1の液体ポート(6.1)に結合され、開弁装置(50A,50B,50C,50D,50E,51D,51E)は、前記ダクト(46A,46B,46C,46D,46E,47D,47E)を貫通し、前記蓄圧ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D,10E)によって移動可能であり、前記蓄圧ピストン(10A,10B,10C,10D,10E)の行程(x)は、前記開弁装置(50A,50B,50C,50D,50E,51D,51E)を介して、前記閉弁要素(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E,21D,21E)の開弁行程(l1,l2,l3)をもたらし、前記バルブモジュール(40A,40B,40C,40D,40E)は、絞り装置(60A,60B,60C,60D,60F)を含み、該絞り装置は、流体的に第1のシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E)と直列に配置され、前記第1のシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E)の予備増圧(Vv)を設定し、
前記絞り装置(60A,60B,60C,60D,60F)は、少なくとも1本の移送流路(54A,54B,54C,54D,54E)を含み、該移送流路が、前記第1のシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E)の第1の開弁装置(50A,50B,50C,50D,50E)の開弁要素(52A,52B,52C,52D,52E)内に設置される、
ことを特徴とする貯留室バルブ。 - 前記第1のシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E)の前記予備増圧(Vv)が、前記移送流路(54A,54B,54C,54D,54E)の数及び/又は形状及び/又は寸法によって設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1本の移送流路(54A,54B,54C,54D,54E)の横断面積は、その長さ全体を通じて一定であるか又は変動することを特徴とする請求項2記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 少なくとも1本の移送流路(54B,54C)は、異なる横断面積を有する少なくとも2つの部分(54.1B,54.1C,54.2B,54.2C)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 少なくとも2つの部分(54.1B,54.2B)は、該少なくとも2つの部分(54.1B,54.2B)の長さ全体を通じて一定である横断面積を有するか、又は少なくとも2つの部分(54.1C,54.2C)の長さ全体を通じて変化する横断面積を有し、前記少なくとも2つの部分(54.1C,54.2C)の前記横断面積の変化率は、同じ値又は異なる値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 前記第1のシート弁(41A,41B,41C,41D,41E)の前記第1の閉弁要素(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)及び前記第1の閉弁要素(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の前記第1の開弁装置(50A,50B,50C,50D,50E)の前記開弁要素(52A,52B,52C,52D,52E)は、一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項記載の貯留室バルブ。
- バルブモジュール(40D,40E)は、第2のシート弁(43D,43E)を含み、該第2のシート弁は、前記第1のシート弁(41D,41E)と流体的に平行に配置され、蓄圧ピストン(10D,10E)は、第2の開弁装置(51D,51E)を介した第2のシート弁(43D,43E)の操作に先立って、第1の開弁装置(50D,50E)を介して第1のシート弁(41D,41E)を操作することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 第1のシート弁(41D)及び第2のシート弁(43D)は、互いに並列に配置され、前記第1のシート弁(41D)の第1の閉弁要素(20D)は、閉位置において、バルブボティ(42D)内で第1のダクト(46D)の縁部に設けられた弁座(44D)をシールし、前記第2のシート弁(43D)の第2の閉弁要素(21D)は、閉位置において、前記バルブボティ(42D)内に設けられた第2のダクト(47D)内において、第2の弁座(45D)をシールすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の貯留室バルブ。
- 第1のシート弁(41E)及び第2のシート弁(43E)は、入れ子状に配置され、前記第1のシート弁(41E)の第1の閉弁要素(20E)は、閉位置において、第2の閉弁要素(21E)内で第1のダクト(46E)の縁部に設けられた弁座(44E)をシールし、前記第2のシート弁(43E)の前記第2の閉弁要素(21E)は、閉位置において、バルブボティ(42E)内に設けられた第2のダクト(47E)内において、第2の弁座(45E)をシールすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の貯留室バルブ。
