Abstract
Description
a)ポリエチレンから少なくとも部分的になる層(11)、
b)ポリウレタンおよび/またはエラストマーから少なくとも部分的になる層(12)、および
c)繊維(14)によって強化されたプラスチック、または接着剤から少なくとも部分的になる、少なくとも1つの層(13)
を有する複合材部品(10)であって、
前記層(12)が、前記層(11)と前記層(13)とに直接接するように配置されており、
前記層(11)および前記層(12)が、第1の工程において接合されて積層複合体を形成し、前記層(13)が、前記層(11)と前記層(12)とを有する前記積層複合体に、第2の工程において接合されたものであることを特徴とする。

作製または提供した積層複合体と、層(13)とを組み立てるステップと、

− 層(11)および層(12)を含む積層複合体を作製または提供するステップと、
− 作製または提供した積層複合体と、層(13)とを組み立てるステップと、
− 層(13)を硬化させるステップ。
− 材料を除去する機械加工、特に研削、
− 化学的な表面処理、
− 接着促進剤(プライマー)および/または化学的剥離剤による処理、
− 熱的な表面処理、特に、プラズマ活性化、プラズマ表面処理、およびガス炎処理、
− 電気的な表面処理、特にコロナ処理、
− 表面のクリーニング、好ましくはブラッシング、サンディング(sanding)、および/またはブラスティング(blasting)、
− ダスト、油脂、および/または油の残留物の除去。
尚、層(11)および/または層(12)の前処理は、層(11)および層(12)を含む積層複合体の作製時に、他層となる層(12)または層(11)に対応する接合面に対して行うことが好ましい。
− 材料を除去する機械加工、特に研削、
− 化学的な表面処理、
− 接着促進剤(プライマー)および/または化学的剥離剤による処理、
− 熱的な表面処理、特に、プラズマ活性化、プラズマ表面処理、およびガス炎処理、
− 電気的な表面処理、特にコロナ処理、
− 表面のクリーニング、好ましくはブラッシング、サンディング、および/またはブラスティング、
− ダスト、油脂、および/または油の残留物の除去。
尚、層(11)および層(12)を含む積層複合体の前処理は、好ましくは層(12)に対して行われる。
− 損傷したローターブレード要素を準備するステップと、
− 層(11)および層(12)を含む積層複合体を作製または提供するステップと、
− 準備したローターブレード要素、および/または、層(11)および層(12)を含む作製または提供した積層複合体に、未硬化の層(13)を塗布するステップと、
− 未硬化の層(13)が、ローターブレード要素と積層複合体の層(12)との間に位置するように、作製または提供した積層複合体を、ローターブレード要素と組み立てるステップと、
− 層(13)を硬化させるステップ。
− 材料を除去する機械加工、特に研削、
− 化学的な表面処理、
− 接着促進剤(プライマー)および/または化学的剥離剤による処理、
− 熱的な表面処理、特に、プラズマ活性化、プラズマ表面処理、およびガス炎処理、
− 電気的な表面処理、特にコロナ処理、
− 表面のクリーニング、好ましくはブラッシング、サンディング、および/またはブラスティング、
− ダスト、油脂、および/または油の残留物の除去。
Claims (10)
- 以下の層構造:
a)ポリエチレンから少なくとも部分的になる層(11)、
b)ポリウレタンおよび/またはエラストマーから少なくとも部分的になる層(12)、および
c)繊維(14)によって強化されたプラスチック、または接着剤から少なくとも部分的になる、少なくとも1つの層(13)
を有する複合材部品(10)であって、
前記層(12)が、前記層(11)と前記層(13)とに直接接するように配置されており、
前記層(11)および前記層(12)が、第1の工程において接合されて積層複合体を形成し、前記層(13)が、前記層(11)と前記層(12)とを有する前記積層複合体に、第2の工程において接合されたものである
ことを特徴とする、複合材部品(10)。 - 前記ポリエチレンが、高分子量ポリエチレン(HMW−PE)、超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMW−PE)、またはポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)であり、好ましくは超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMW−PE)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材部品。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび/またはポリウレタンエラストマーであることを特徴とし、前記エラストマーが、エチレン・プロピレンゴム(EPM)、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴム(EPDM)、エチレン・アクリレートゴム(EAM)、フッ素ゴム(FKM)、アクリレートゴム(ACM)、またはアクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴム(NBR)であり、好ましくはエチレン・プロピレン・ジエンゴム(EPDM)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材部品。
- 前記繊維(14)によって強化されたプラスチックが、UHMW−PE繊維によって強化されたプラスチック、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CRP)、またはガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GRP)であり、好ましくはガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GRP)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品。
- 前記繊維(14)によって強化されたプラスチックが、エポキシ系プラスチック樹脂である、または、ポリウレタン系、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートマトリックス系、ポリメチル(メタ)アクリレートマトリックス系、またはポリ(メタ)アクリルアミドマトリックス系のプラスチック樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品。
- 前記層(13)と、前記層(11)および前記層(12)を含む前記積層複合体との組立てが、前記層(13)の硬化によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品。
- 前記層(13)が、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤またはポリウレタン系接着剤であるか、あるいはエポキシ樹脂系接着剤またはポリウレタン系接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品。
- 複合材料が、ローターブレードである、好ましくは風力タービンのローターブレードであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品を備えている風力タービン。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の複合材部品を製造する方法であって、
前記層(11)および前記層(12)を含む積層複合体を作製または提供するステップと、
作製または提供した前記積層複合体と、前記層(13)とを組み立てるステップと、
を含む、方法。
