前記冷媒は、熱伝導性高分子からなり、具体的には、ポリカーボネート系樹脂またはポリ
前記充填剤は、正極の膨張を抑制する成分として選択的に用いられ、当該電池に化学的変化を誘発せず、かつ繊維状材料であれば、特に制限されず、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのオレフィン系重合体;ガラス繊維、炭素繊維などの繊維状物質が用いられる。

Claims (5)
- 電極組立体が電解液と共に電池ケースの内部に密封されている構造の複数の電池セルが、相互の側面が接する状態で配列されて、なっている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の荷重を支持できるように前記電池セル積層体の下部に装着されており、前記電池セル積層体から充放電の過程で発生する熱を電池セル積層体の下部に放出できるように多孔性構造からなっている冷却兼用緩衝部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記冷却兼用緩衝部材の上面は、前記電池セル積層体の下面形状に対応する形状からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却兼用緩衝部材は、トラス(truss)構造からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却兼用緩衝部材は、電池セル積層体の荷重を支持し、電池セル積層体に加えられる外部衝撃または振動を減衰できるように弾性素材からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却兼用緩衝部材の多孔性構造によって形成されている中空部位には液状または固状冷媒が満たされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
