いくつかの例において、本開示はエンボス加工された布帛アセンブリ及びその製造方法に関する。エンボス加工された布帛アセンブリは、エンボス加工支持層の表面に付着された表面を含む布帛基材を含むことができる。アセンブリはまた、布帛基材の反対側の表面に付着され、布帛基材の表面上のギャップによって分離された複数のプレート(例えば、硬化樹脂プレート)を含むことができる。
エンボス加工されたSFアセンブリの例の特性を評価するための一連のテストが完了した。エンボスされたSFはエンボス加工支持層を含まないSFに通常に関連する耐摩耗性、耐切断性、耐久性及び耐汚染性を維持することが一般的に決定された。
Claims (34)
- エンボス加工支持層、
前記エンボス加工支持層の表面に付着された布帛基材、
前記布帛基材の表面上でギャップにより分離され、そして該布帛基材の表面に付着された複数のプレート、
を含む、アセンブリであって、
前記エンボス加工支持層の厚さは、複数の隆起部分の厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する、より低い部分により分離された複数の隆起部分を画定するように変化しており、前記隆起部分及びより低い部分は、前記布帛基材及び複数のプレートを含む前記アセンブリの表面上でパターンを画定しており、前記複数の隆起部分の各隆起部分は前記複数のプレートの1つより多くのプレートを含む、アセンブリ。 - 前記複数の隆起部分は第一の隆起部分及び第二の隆起部分を含み、前記第一の隆起部分の厚さは前記第二の隆起部分の厚さと異なる、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記より低い部分の厚さは前記複数の隆起部分の周囲で実質的に均一である、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記より低い部分の厚さは前記複数の隆起部分の周囲で不均一である、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の隆起部分の各々はより低い部分により包囲されている、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の隆起部分の各々はそれぞれの隣接する部分に対して約0.025 ミリメートル〜約500ミリメートルの突起厚さを画定している、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記より低い部分は前記複数のプレートの1つより多くのプレートを含む、請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記布帛基材は接着剤により前記エンボス加工支持層の表面に直接的に付着されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層は連続気泡フォームを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層は圧縮性フォームを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層は剛性フォームを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層はゲルを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層はクッション性フォームを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層は機械加工された固体を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固体は木材である、請求項14記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固体はプラスチックである、請求項14記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固体は金属である、請求項14記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記布帛基材に付着された前記エンボス加工支持層の表面の反対側の前記エンボス加工支持層の表面に付着された別の支持体層をさらに含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項記載のアセンブリ。
- エンボス加工支持層の表面に布帛基材を付着させることを含む方法であって、前記基材は、前記布帛基材の表面上でギャップにより分離されそして前記布帛基材の表面に付着された複数のプレートを含み、前記エンボス加工支持層の厚さは、複数の隆起部分の厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する、より低い部分により分離された複数の隆起部分を画定するように変化しており、前記隆起部分及び前記より低い部分は、前記布帛基材及び複数のプレートを含む前記アセンブリの表面上にパターンを画定し、前記複数の隆起部分の各隆起部分は前記複数のプレートの1つより多いプレートを含む、方法。
- 前記エンボス加工支持層の表面に前記布帛基材を付着させる前に、該布帛基材の表面上に前記複数のプレートを形成することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記布帛基材を前記エンボス加工支持層の表面に付着させることは、前記エンボス加工支持層の前記表面のパターンのネガティブレリーフを形成しているモールド中に前記布帛アセンブリを配置すること、活性化時に前記エンボス加工支持層を形成する化学組成物で前記モールドを充填することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記化学組成物は圧縮性フォームを形成する、請求項21項記載の方法。
- 前記化学組成物は剛性フォームを形成する、請求項21項記載の方法。
- 前記化学組成物はゲルを形成する、請求項21項記載の方法。
