Abstract
Description
2つの半球のシェルを形成する形成工程であって、前記シェルのそれぞれは、嵌合部が形成された自由端を備え、前記嵌合部のそれぞれは、半径方向の表面、および円筒部を有する周方向の表面、および傾斜部を備えている形成工程と、
少なくとも一方の前記嵌合部上に接着剤を供給する供給工程と、
上記半径方向の表面を周方向に配置し、上記周方向の表面を半径方向に配置することによって、上記シェルの上記嵌合部で上記シェルを組み立てる組立工程と、を含むことを特徴とする卓球ボール等の製造方法。
Claims (22)
- 2つの半球のシェル(2、3)を、前記シェルの自由端上に形成された2つの相補的嵌合部(5、6)で互いに接着することで形成された中空球体(1)を備え、
前記嵌合部は、それぞれ、半径方向の表面(7、8)および周方向の表面(9、10)を備えており、
前記半径方向の表面(7、8)は、周方向で互いに対向するように配置されており、
前記周方向の表面(9、10)は、半径方向で互いに対向するように配置されており、
前記周方向の表面(9、10)のそれぞれが、円筒部(11、12)および傾斜部(14、15)を備えることを特徴とする卓球ボール。 - 前記円筒部(11、12)のそれぞれの厚さ(e1、e2)の合計が前記シェル(2、3)の呼び厚さ(e)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の卓球ボール。
- 内側の前記嵌合部(6)の前記自由端は、基部(18)を備えており、
前記基部(18)から前記周方向の表面(10)が延在しており、
前記基部の厚さは、前記円筒部(11,12)のそれぞれの前記厚さ(e1、e2)の合計から、前記シェル(2、3)の前記呼び厚さ(e)へ、減少することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の卓球ボール。 - 前記基部(18)は、内側平坦部(19)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記傾斜部(14、15)は、それらの間に隙間(16)を形成し、
前記隙間(16)の寸法(D)は、前記円筒部(11、12)同士の直径の差よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。 - 前記嵌合部(5、6)の前記表面(7〜10)の境界面に接着剤が置かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記嵌合部(5、6)のそれぞれは、外側から内側に連続的に、前記半径方向の表面(7、8)、前記円筒部(11、12)および前記傾斜部(14、15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 少なくとも一方の嵌合部(5、6)の前記半径方向の表面(7、8)、前記円筒部(11、12)および前記傾斜部(14、15)は、連続して延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記周方向の表面(9、10)の少なくとも一方は、前記傾斜部(14、15)を前記円筒部(11、12)と連結させる半径方向の肩(17)を備え、
前記肩は、前記傾斜部(14、15)間の前記隙間(16)の寸法(D)を決定するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。 - 前記傾斜部(14、15)は、同一の傾斜角度であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記傾斜部(14、15)の長さは、前記円筒部(11、12)の長さよりも長く、特に、前記円筒部の前記長さの150〜300%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記半径方向の表面(7、8)の長さは、前記シェル(2、3)の前記呼び厚さ(e)の15〜45%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記円筒部(11、12)は、隙間なく半径方向に配置されるよう実質的に同じ直径であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記半径方向の表面(7、8)は、周方向に互いに対向して、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記シェル(2、3)は、セルロイドを含まない熱可塑性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、特にABSおよびASAから選ばれた少なくとも1つのエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ポリカーボネートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15または16の1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ポリカーボネートを40〜50重量%含んだABSおよび/またはASAの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16または17の1項に記載の卓球ボール。
- 2つの半球のシェル(2、3)を形成する形成工程であって、前記シェルのそれぞれは、嵌合部(5,6)が形成された自由端を備え、前記嵌合部のそれぞれは、半径方向の表面(7、8)、および円筒部(11、12)を有する周方向の表面(9,10)、および傾斜部(14、15)を備えている形成工程と、
少なくとも一方の前記嵌合部(5、6)上に接着剤を供給する供給工程と、
前記半径方向の表面(7、8)を周方向に配置し、前記周方向の表面(9、10)を半径方向に配置することによって、前記シェルの前記嵌合部(5、6)で前記シェル(2、3)を組み立てる組立工程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の卓球ボールの製造方法。 - 前記シェル(2、3)は、熱可塑性材料の射出成形によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤が、少なくとも一方の前記嵌合部(5、6)の表面(7〜10)の周りに置かれており、
前記接着剤を付ける時、および/または前記シェルの組立時に、前記嵌合部の間での前記接着剤の分布を向上するために、少なくとも一方のシェル(2、3)が回転運動されていることを特徴とする、請求項19または20に記載の卓球ボールの製造工程。 - 前記球体(1)の外面(13)上に存在する可能性のある余分の接着剤を除去する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19〜21のいずれか1項に記載の製造工程。
