本发明公开带骨架的无缝乒乓球,上述带骨架的无缝乒乓球的外壳包括圆弧形经线骨,多根所述经线骨围拢成球状,多个所述经线骨的两端通过顶盖连成一体组成弹性球状骨架,上述骨架外设有与骨架连成一体的细密网层,上述细密网层外设有胶连层,上述胶连层外设有通过注塑一体成型的PVC球壳。解决现有技术的半球胶粘型乒乓球容易损坏,寿命不长,同时生产步骤过多,耗时过长的缺点。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及体育用品技术领域,具体为带骨架的无缝乒乓球及其制造工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的乒乓球多采用两个半球状的PVC材料制成的球壳通过胶粘剂胶粘成球形,其工艺步骤包括将PVC板材裁成球形片材,再将球形片材热熔模压成半球形,再将半球形的两半在使用中,此种结构的乒乓球的接缝极易发生损坏。即使使用更先进的胶粘配方,将两个半球都加固,也不
会延长其使用寿命。同时整个生产过程零碎步骤过长,耗时过长。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了带骨架的无缝乒乓球。解决现有技术的半球胶粘型乒乓球容易损坏,寿命不长,同时生产步骤过多,耗时过长的缺点。
本发明第一目的在于提供一种带骨架的无缝乒乓球,上述带骨架的无缝乒乓球的外壳包括圆弧形经线骨,多根所述经线骨围拢成球状,多个所述经线骨的两端通过顶盖连成一体组成弹性球状骨架,上述骨架外设有与骨架连成一体的细密网层,上述细密网层外设有胶连层,上述胶连层外设有通过注塑一体成型的PVC球壳。
进一步地,上述经线骨和纬线骨在乒乓球径向的厚度为乒乓球PVC球壳的五分之一。
进一步地,上述经线骨的两端端部设有凹槽,所述凹槽与设置在所述顶盖端面的圆形凸棱卡接。
本发明第二目的在于提供上述带骨架的无缝乒乓球的制造工艺。
第一步,造骨,利用3D打印机或模压制成上述经线骨和顶盖,并组装成弹性球状骨架,
第二步,喷丝,利用挤压式喷丝机,将热熔状态的细丝喷涂并凝固在上述骨架上,多次喷涂并形成附在上述骨架外并与骨架连成一体的细密网层;
第三步,喷混合胶,将热熔性PVC片材超声波粉碎成超微细PVC材料粉末,将热熔胶粉末和上述PVC材料粉末按照1:1-1:2的体积比混合,并加入到普通胶水中并搅拌均匀形成混合胶水,之后将混合胶涂布并形成部分渗透进入细密网层中过渡混合胶连层;
第四步,冷凝,将第三步中的半成品放置到冷凝室内冷凝;
第五步,将半成品放置到由两个半球状合拢形成的球壳模具中,再通过注塑机向半成品与球壳型模具之间注入熔融状态的PVC材料,之后冷却形成无缝球壳3,开模,修边,即可得到具有一体成型且完全无缝的乒乓球。
进一步地,上述注塑机的注塑口在上述球壳模具的上下端点。
进一步地,上述注塑机注塑温度为150-200度。
进一步地,上述骨架的材料为耐高温塑料,包括LCP,上述耐高温塑料热熔温度高于上述PVC材料热熔温度。
进一步地,上述细丝的热熔温度大于或等于上述PVC材料热熔温度。
有益效果
发明提供的带骨架的无缝乒乓球,本发明工艺步骤少,制造快速,能够形成完全无缝的乒乓球,同时乒乓球内存在骨架,有效防止乒乓球损坏。

下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例1
本发明第一目的在于提供一种带骨架的无缝乒乓球,上述带骨架的无缝乒乓球的外壳包括圆弧形经线骨11,多根所述经线骨11围拢成球状,多个所述经线骨11的两端通过顶盖12连成一体组成弹性球状骨架1,骨架1外设有与骨架连成一体的细密网层2,细密网层外设有胶连层3,胶连层外设有通过注塑一体成型的PVC球壳4。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,经线骨在乒乓球径向的厚度为乒乓球PVC球壳的五分之一。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,上述所述经线骨11的两端端部设有凹槽,所述凹槽与设置在所述顶盖12端面的圆形凸棱卡13接。
带骨架的无缝乒乓球制造工艺。其步骤如下:
第一步,造骨,利用3D打印机或模压制成所述经线骨11和顶盖12,并组装成弹性球状骨架1,
第二步,喷丝,利用挤压式喷丝机,将热熔状态的细丝喷涂并凝固在骨架1上,多次喷涂并形成附在骨架1外并与骨架连成一体的细密网层2;
第三步,喷混合胶,将热熔性PVC片材超声波粉碎成超微细PVC材料粉末,将热熔胶粉末和PVC材料粉末按照1:1-1:2的体积比混合,并加入到普通胶水中并搅拌均匀形成混合胶水,之后将混合胶涂布并形成部分渗透进入细密网层中过渡混合胶连层3;
第四步,冷凝,将第三步中的半成品放置到冷凝室内冷凝;
第五步,将半成品放置到由两个半球状合拢形成的球壳模具中,再通过注塑机向半成品与球壳型模具之间注入熔融状态的PVC材料,之后冷却形成无缝球壳4,开模,修边,即可得到具有一体成型且完全无缝的乒乓球。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,注塑机的注塑口在球壳模具的上下端点。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,注塑机注塑温度为150-200度。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,骨架的材料为耐高温塑料,包括LCP,耐高温塑料热熔温度高于PVC材料热熔温度。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,细丝的热熔温度大于或等于PVC材料热熔温度。

所述经线骨在乒乓球径向的厚度为乒乓球PVC球壳的五分之一;
所述经线骨的两端端部设有凹槽,所述凹槽与设置在所述顶盖端面的圆形凸棱卡接。
