- 燃料供給孔(210)と複数の酸素供給孔(220)を備えた還元用バーナー(200)を反応炉(100)の壁体(101)に複数設置して反応炉(100)の内部温度を1200℃以上の高温に加熱する反応炉のバーナーの構成において、
還元用バーナー(200)のヘッド(201)の先端には、ヘッド(201)に供給される酸素を全て無くすことができるようにバーナー内に十分に深く形成された燃焼室(202)を備えることで、酸素供給孔(220)を通じて供給される酸素が燃焼室(202)の内部で酸化燃焼作用のために充分に消費されるようにし、
反応炉(100)の内部では不完全燃焼した燃料(C、CO、H2)と放射熱と還元用バーナー内で酸化によって発生したH2O分子又はCO2分子が流入して1200℃以上の高温に加熱されることによってH2O分子又はCO2分子による還元反応のみが起こるようにしたことを特徴とする、酸化反応と還元反応が分離されて起こるようにする還元用バーナー。 - 還元用バーナー(200)のヘッド(201)の先端に備えられる燃焼室(202)は、燃料供給孔(210)の燃料点火後に供給される酸素を還元用バーナー内で全て無くすことができるように、十分な深さで形成されることにより、酸素供給孔(220)を通じて供給される酸素が供給される燃料(C、CO、H2)を燃やすときに燃焼室(202)内で完全に消費されるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の酸化反応と還元反応が分離されて起こるようにする還元用バーナー。
- 酸素供給孔(220)を通じて燃焼室(202)に供給される酸素量は燃料供給孔(210)を通じて燃焼室(202)に供給される燃料より充分に少なくすることにより、酸素が還元用バーナー(200)の燃焼室(202)内で全量消費されるようにし、少なく供給された酸素によって不完全燃焼した燃料の一部が残ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の酸化反応と還元反応が分離されて起こるようにする還元用バーナー。
- 炭素を含む有機物(CnH2n)を1200℃以上の高温で還元させ、上部に混合ガス排出孔(120)を備えた反応炉(100);
反応炉(100)の壁体(101)に設置され、燃料供給孔(210)と複数の酸素供給孔(220)を備えた複数の還元用バーナー(200);
酸素供給孔(220)を通じて供給される酸素を全て消費することができるように、還元用バーナー(200)のヘッド(201)の先端に一定深さで備えられ、酸化(燃焼)反応しながら、反応炉(100)に、不完全燃焼した燃料(C、CO、H2)と放射熱と還元用バーナー内で酸化によって発生したH2O分子又はCO2分子が流入することによって1200℃以上の高温に加熱された後、H2O分子又はCO2分子による還元反応が起こるようにする燃焼室(202);
混合ガス排出孔(120)と連結された混合ガス回収ライン(121)を通じて捕集されたガスを冷却及び圧縮させる冷却圧縮機(400);
冷却圧縮機(400)で冷却圧縮された混合ガスを受けて保存してから前記反応炉(100)の還元用バーナー(200)に供給する貯蔵タンク(500);及び
酸素供給孔(220)に酸素を供給する酸素発生器(600);を含んでなり、
反応炉で生成された合成ガスを捕集して保存してから還元用バーナーに燃料として供給して再使用するようにしたことを特徴とする、酸化反応と還元反応が分離されて起こるようにする還元用バーナーを用いた合成ガスリサイクリングシステム。
