Abstract
La invención proporciona un arreglo de quemadores para una reactor de reducción 100, donde el arreglo de quemadores incluye múltiples quemadores 200 colocados en una pared 101 del reactor de reducción, para permitir que una temperatura interna en el reactor de reducción 100 alcance más de 1200 °C, donde el reactor de reducción 100 tiene un espacio de reacción formado en el mismo, en donde el quemador tiene un orificio de alimentación de combustible 210 y múltiples orificios de alimentación de oxígeno 220 formados en él, en donde cada quemador 200 tiene una porción de cabeza 201 del mismo que tiene un espacio de combustión alargado 202 formado en un extremo del mismo, espacio de combustión se comunica por fluido con el espacio de reacción del reactor, en donde el espacio de combustión alargado tiene una longitud tal que el oxígeno suministrado desde los orificios de alimentación de oxígeno al mismo es consumido completamente mediante oxidación o combustión con combustibles suministrados desde el orificio de alimentación de combustible al mismo, solo en el espacio de combustión alargado tras encender el quemador, donde los combustibles no quemados y las moléculas de H2O y/o moléculas de CO2 generadas a través de la reacción de oxidación en el espacio de combustión alargado se hacen fluir hacia el espacio de reacción del reactor de reducción, donde solo se produce una reacción de reducción de las moléculas de H2O y/o moléculas de CO2 a una temperatura por arriba de 1200 °C utilizando el calor de radiación generado por el quemador. Además, la invención proporciona un sistema de reciclaje de gas de síntesis que comprende: el arreglo de quemadores para el reactor de reducción como se definió anteriormente; un módulo de enfriamiento y compresión 400 configurado para enfriar y comprimir el gas de síntesis recogido a través de una línea de recolección de gas 121 desde la salida de gas de síntesis 120; un tanque de almacenamiento 500 configurado para recibir y almacenar el gas comprimido y enfriado del módulo de enfriamiento y compresión 400, y para suministrar el gas almacenado al arreglo de quemadores 200, para permitir de ese modo el reciclaje del gas de síntesis; y un generador de oxígeno 600 configurado para generar oxígeno y suministrar el oxígeno a los orificios de alimentación de oxígeno 220.
