Abstract
Description
ライトガイドプレートを含む積層構造体であって、前記ライトガイドプレートが、約50モル%〜約90モル%のSiO2、約0モル%〜約15モル%のAl2O3、及び約0モル%〜約19モル%のRxOを有する第1のガラスシートを含み、ここで、
xは1でありRはZn、Mg、Ca、Sr又はBaから選択される、あるいは、
xは2でありRはLi、Na、K、Rb又はCsから選択され、かつ
Feの濃度は約50ppm未満である、
積層構造体。
前記第1のガラスシートが、それぞれ約1ppm未満のCo、Ni及びCrを含む、実施形態1に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラスシートが、約400nm〜約700nmの波長範囲において2dB/500mm以下の光減衰を生じる、実施形態1または2に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラスシートが、約5nm〜約75nmの範囲のRMS粗さ(Rq)を有する少なくとも1つの表面を含む、実施形態1〜3のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
第2のガラスシート又はポリマー中間層の少なくとも1つをさらに含む、実施形態1〜4のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記ポリマー中間層が、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレン酢酸ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、アイオノマー、及びそれらの組合せから選択される、実施形態5に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラスシートを含む内部コア及び前記第2のガラスシートを含む外側クラッディングを含む、実施形態5に記載の積層構造体。
前記第2のガラスシートが、フォトクロミックガラスシートを含む、実施形態5又は6に記載の積層構造体。
前記第2のガラスシートが、ソーダ石灰ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−アルミノケイ酸ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノホウケイ酸ガラス、及びアルカリ−アルミノホウケイ酸ガラスから選択される、実施形態5又は6に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2のガラスシートの少なくとも1つが、化学強化、熱強化及び/又はアニーリングされる、実施形態5又は6に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2のガラスシートが、約0.3mm〜約8mmの範囲の厚さを有する、実施形態5又は6に記載の積層構造体。
前記積層構造体が、車両のフロントガラス、後部窓、横窓、サンルーフ、ムーンルーフ、外側パネル、又は内側パネルの全て又は一部を含む自動車用グレージングである、実施形態1〜11のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記ライトガイドプレートの縁部に光学的に連結される少なくとも1つの光源をさらに含む、実施形態1〜12のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記少なくとも1つの光源が、LED、CCFL、OLED及びそれらの組合せから選択される、実施形態13に記載の積層構造体。
エレクトロクロミック層、ポリマー層、反射層、偏光層、フィルタ層、センサ、インジケータ、能動素子、及びそれらの組合せから選択される少なくとも1つの追加の部品をさらに含む、実施形態1〜14のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
第1のガラスシート;
中間のポリマー中間層;及び
第2のガラスシート
を含む積層構造体であって、
前記第1のガラスシートが、約50モル%〜約90モル%のSiO2、約0モル%〜約15モル%のAl2O3、及び約0モル%〜約19モル%のRxOを有するライトガイドプレートであり、ここで、
xは1でありRはZn、Mg、Ca、Sr又はBaから選択される、あるいは、
xは2でありRはLi、Na、K、Rb又はCsから選択され、かつ
Feの濃度は約50ppm未満である、
積層構造体。
前記中間のポリマー中間層が、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレン酢酸ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、アイオノマー、及びそれらの組合せから選択される、実施形態16に記載の積層構造体。
前記第2のガラスシートが、フォトクロミックガラスシートを含む、実施形態16又は17に記載の積層構造体。
前記第2のガラスシートが、ソーダ石灰ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−アルミノケイ酸ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノホウケイ酸ガラス、及びアルカリ−アルミノホウケイ酸ガラスから選択される、実施形態16〜18のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2のガラスシートの少なくとも1つが、化学強化、熱強化及び/又はアニーリングされる、実施形態16〜19のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2のガラスシートが、約0.3mm〜約8mmの範囲の厚さを有する、実施形態16〜20に記載の積層構造体。
前記積層構造体が、車両のフロントガラス、後部窓、横窓、サンルーフ、ムーンルーフ、外側パネル、又は内側パネルの全て又は一部を含む自動車用グレージングである、実施形態16〜21のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記ライトガイドプレートの縁部に光学的に連結される少なくとも1つの光源をさらに含む、実施形態16〜22のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記少なくとも1つの光源が、LED、CCFL、OLED及びそれらの組合せから選択される、実施形態23に記載の積層構造体。
エレクトロクロミック層、ポリマー層、反射層、偏光層、フィルタ層、センサ、インジケータ、能動素子、及びそれらの組合せから選択される少なくとも1つの追加の部品をさらに含む、実施形態16〜24のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
第1の外側クラッドガラスシート;及び
内部コアガラスシートを含む積層構造体であって、
前記内部コアガラスシートが、約50モル%〜約90モル%のSiO2、約0モル%〜約15モル%のAl2O3、及び約0モル%〜約19モル%のRxOを有するライトガイドプレートであり、ここで、
xは1でありRはZn、Mg、Ca、Sr又はBaから選択される、あるいは、
xは2でありRはLi、Na、K、Rb又はCsから選択され、かつ
Feの濃度は約50ppm未満である、
積層構造体。
第2の外側クラッドガラスシートをさらに含み、前記内部コアガラスシートが、前記第1及び第2の外側クラッドガラスシートの中間にある、実施形態26に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2の外側クラッドガラスシートが、フォトクロミックガラスシートを含む、実施形態26又は27に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2の外側クラッドガラスシートが、ソーダ石灰ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−アルミノケイ酸ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノホウケイ酸ガラス、及びアルカリ−アルミノホウケイ酸ガラスから選択される、実施形態26〜28のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2の外側クラッドガラスシート又は内部コアガラスシートの少なくとも1つが、化学強化、熱強化及び/又はアニーリングされる、実施形態26〜29のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1又は第2の外側クラッドガラスシート又は内部コアガラスシートが、約0.3mm〜約8mmの範囲の厚さを有する、実施形態26〜30に記載の積層構造体。
前記積層構造体が、車両のフロントガラス、後部窓、横窓、サンルーフ、ムーンルーフ、外側パネル、又は内側パネルの全て又は一部を含む自動車用グレージングである、実施形態26〜31のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記ライトガイドプレートの縁部に光学的に連結される少なくとも1つの光源をさらに含む、実施形態26〜32のいずれかに記載の積層構造体。
前記少なくとも1つの光源が、LED、CCFL、OLED及びそれらの組合せから選択される、実施形態33に記載の積層構造体。

Claims (10)
- 第1のガラスシート;
中間のポリマー中間層;及び
第2のガラスシート
を含む積層構造体であって、
前記第1のガラスシートが、約50モル%〜約90モル%のSiO2、約0モル%〜約15モル%のAl2O3、及び約0モル%〜約19モル%のRxOを有するライトガイドプレートであり、ここで、
xは1でありRはZn、Mg、Ca、Sr又はBaから選択される、あるいは、
xは2でありRはLi、Na、K、Rb又はCsから選択され、かつ
Feの濃度は約50ppm未満である、
積層構造体。 - 前記中間のポリマー中間層が、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレン酢酸ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、アイオノマー、及びそれらの組合せから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記第2のガラスシートが、フォトクロミックガラスシートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記第2のガラスシートが、ソーダ石灰ガラス、アルミノケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−アルミノケイ酸ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルカリ−ホウケイ酸ガラス、アルミノホウケイ酸ガラス、及びアルカリ−アルミノホウケイ酸ガラスから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記第1又は第2のガラスシートの少なくとも1つが、化学強化、熱強化及び/又はアニーリングされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記第1又は第2のガラスシートが、約0.3mm〜約8mmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記積層構造体が、車両のフロントガラス、後部窓、横窓、サンルーフ、ムーンルーフ、外側パネル、又は内側パネルの全て又は一部を含む自動車用グレージングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記ライトガイドプレートの縁部に光学的に連結される少なくとも1つの光源をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源が、LED、CCFL、OLED及びそれらの組合せから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の積層構造体。
