Claims (15)
- 工業用撹拌器のための撹拌部材、特に液体用容器(20)と組み合わせ可能な撹拌機構に接続する撹拌棒アセンブリ(29)のための撹拌部材(90,102,107,115,121)であって、
上記液体用容器(20)は、上面壁(26)に、蓋(28)によって閉鎖可能な容器充填用開口を有し、
上記撹拌部材は、撹拌棒アセンブリ(29)の棒状の撹拌部材支持部(30)に接続可能であり、
軸受端部(91)と、連結部(92)を介して軸受端部(91)に接続されているとともに流通管(93,111,116)を有する撹拌部材端部(94,108,114)とを備え、
上記流通管は、管壁(128,129)を有する、撹拌部材であって、
上記流通管は、上記流通管の流入口断面(98)に環状の滞留面(95,105,109,117,122)を有し、
上記滞留面は、上記流入口断面(98)の流入平面(97)に対して傾斜した少なくとも1つの円環部(96,103)を有する
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項1に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記の傾斜した円環部(96,103)は、円環中心(101,104,118)を基準に、滞留面(95,105,109,117,122)の少なくとも90°にわたって、好ましくは少なくとも180°にわたって、特に好ましくは270°にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項2に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記滞留面(95)は、上記滞留面(95)における平坦面部分(100)に対して表面区分角度ζだけ傾斜した少なくとも1つの表面区分(99)を備え、
上記表面区分角度ζは5°以上20°以下、好ましくは10°である
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記の傾斜した円環部(103)は、円環中心(101,104,118,127)を基準に、滞留面(105,109,117,122)の360°にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の撹拌部材において、
上記円環部(96,103)は、表面区分角度ζだけ傾斜しており、
上記表面区分角度ζは一定である
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項2又は4に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記円環部(96,103)は、表面区分角度ζだけ傾斜しており、
上記表面区分角度ζは、上記円環部に沿って、非線形関数、好ましくは三角関数に従って、連続的に変化する
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項2又は4に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記円環部は、表面区分角度ζだけ傾斜しており、滞留面(109)までの距離が小さくなるにつれて、上記表面区分角度ζが、円環中心(127)を基準に連続的に大きくなる
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項7に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記滞留面(109)は、ベル形状開口(110)として形成されている
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項2又は4に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記円環部は、表面区分角度ζだけ傾斜しており、滞留面(117)の距離が小さくなるにつれて、上記表面区分角度ζが、円環中心(118)を基準に、非線形関数、好ましくは三角関数に従って、連続的に変化する
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 請求項9に記載の撹拌部材において、
上記滞留面(122)は、波状開口として形成されている
ことを特徴とする撹拌部材。 - 工業用撹拌器のための撹拌棒アセンブリ、特に液体用容器(20)と組み合わせ可能な撹拌機構に接続するための撹拌棒アセンブリであって、
上記液体用容器(20)は、上面壁(26)に、蓋(28)によって閉鎖可能な容器充填用開口を有し、撹拌機構シャフト(38)を受容するための中空シャフトとして構成された棒状の撹拌部材支持部(30)を備える撹拌棒アセンブリであって、
上記撹拌部材支持部(30)に旋回可能に接続された、請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の撹拌部材(32,82)を備える
ことを特徴とする撹拌棒アセンブリ。 - 請求項11に記載の撹拌棒アセンブリにおいて、
取付配置において、上記撹拌部材(90,102,107,115,121)の撹拌部材自由端部(48,83)は、上記撹拌部材支持部(30)の回転軸(47)に向かって旋回され、
上記撹拌部材(90,102,107、115、121)と撹拌部材支持部(30)との間にばね手段が配置され、これにより、
動作配置においては、撹拌部材支持部(30)の回転の結果、上記撹拌部材(90,102,107、115、121)に遠心力が係り、上記撹拌部材(90,102,107、115、121)が、撹拌部材支持部(30)の回転速度に依存するとともに上記回転軸に対して撹拌角度δにある旋回後姿勢をとり、
上記撹拌部材自由端部は、上記回転軸からの撹拌距離rに配置され、上記撹拌角度δが大きくなるのに伴って増大するばね力が、上記遠心力に対抗して作用する
ことを特徴とする撹拌棒アセンブリ。 - 請求項12に記載の撹拌棒アセンブリにおいて、
上記撹拌部材(90,102,107,115,121)の上記撹拌部材自由端部(94,108,114)は、取付配置にある撹拌部材支持部(30)に形成された旋回軸受(43)の下方に配置される
ことを特徴とする撹拌棒アセンブリ。 - 請求項12又は13に記載の撹拌棒アセンブリにおいて、
上記ばね手段は、脚ばねとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする撹拌棒アセンブリ。 - 内側容器としてプラスチック製の液体用容器(20)を有する液体用運搬保存容器であって、
上記液体用容器(20)は、
上面壁(26)に、蓋(28)により閉塞可能な、容器充填用の充填用開口と、
正面に、出口取付具を接続するための出口接続部と、
上記液体用容器(20)の2つの側壁(23,24)と、1つの背面壁(25)と、1つの正面壁(22)とを互いに連結する下面壁であって、上記液体用容器(20)を受容するための外側ジャケットを有する運搬パレットの床面上で上記液体用容器(20)を支持する下面壁とを有し、
上記蓋(28)には、請求項11から14のいずれか1つに記載の撹拌棒アセンブリが設けられていれる
ことを特徴とする液体用運搬保存容器。
