Claims (33)
- 多層体の製造方法であって、
a)水性フォトレジストからなる第1ニス層を基体の表面に塗布し、
b)第1領域において前記第1ニス層を露光する一方、第2領域において前記第1ニス層を露光せず、
c)前記第2領域において前記第1ニス層を除去することを特徴とする。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記基体は、溶剤系ニスからなる少なくとも1つの第2ニス層を有することを特徴とする。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層が、前記第2ニス層の表面に塗布されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層に対し、少なくとも1つの層が塗布されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項4に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの層の塗布後、前記第1ニス層及び前記少なくとも1つの層が前記第1領域から除去されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層及び前記少なくとも1つの層は、酸性のメタ過ヨウ素酸ナトリウム溶液、具体的には1.5重量%のメタ過ヨウ素酸ナトリウム及び0.05重量%の硫酸の水溶液、を用いた処理により除去されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、
前記酸性のメタ過ヨウ素酸ナトリウム溶液を用いた処理は、温度15℃から70℃、好ましくは25℃から50℃で、及び/又は、処理時間1秒〜600秒、より好ましくは10秒〜120秒で行われることを特徴とする。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の方法であって、
非イオン性界面活性剤を前記酸性のメタ過ヨウ素酸ナトリウム溶液に加えるものであって、
前記メタ過ヨウ素酸ナトリウム溶液は、具体的には、エトキシレート、第一級又は第二級脂肪族アルコールのアルコキシレート、アルキルフェノール、エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド共重合体、アミンエトキシレート、アルキルポリグリコライド、脂肪族アミンオキシド、脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、脂肪酸アルキルグルカミド、からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項4から8の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの層は、第3ニス層、具体的には溶剤系ニスからなる第3ニス層である、又は、を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項4から9の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの層は、反射層である、又は、を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層は、前記基体の反射層に塗布され、前記少なくとも1つの層の塗布前に、前記基体の前記反射層が前記第1領域において、具体的にはエッチングによって除去されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層は、前記基体の表面の部分領域にのみ塗布されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの層の部分領域にエッチングレジストを塗布すると共に、前記エッチングレジストによって覆われていない領域において、前記第1ニス層及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの層を除去することを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記露光は、前記基体の側面から行われることを特徴とする。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって、
前記基体は少なくとも1つの部分層、具体的には第4ニス層及び/又は反射層、を備え、前記部分層は、前記第1領域において、前記第1ニス層の露光に用いられる波長域に対して透明である一方、前記第2領域において、前記第1ニス層の露光に用いられる波長域に対して非透明であることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から15の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記露光を、波長350nmから400nmで、露光時間0.1秒から120秒、好ましくは0.1秒から60秒で、かつ/又は照射線量1mJ/cm2から300mJ/cm2、好ましくは1mJ/cm2から100mJ/cm2で行うことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第2領域の前記第1ニス層を除去するために、イソプロパノール、具体的には1%から30%のイソプロパノール、好ましくは5%のイソプロパノールが加えられた水を用いることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層の塗布のために、少なくとも1つの水溶性ポリマーと、少なくとも1つのフィルム状ポリマーと、少なくとも1つの添加剤と、少なくとも1つの光開始剤と、を含む水性フォトレジストを用いることを特徴とする。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、
前記水溶性ポリマーは、アルギン酸誘導体、セルロース誘導体及び/又は、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムメチルセルロースといったカルボキシル化アクリルポリマー、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂、ポリエチレンオキシド、ホモ‐及び/又はコポリマー酢酸ビニル、ポリアクリルアミド、長鎖カルボン酸、からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項18又は19に記載の方法であって、
前記水溶性ポリマーは、水性フォトレジスト中に、1重量%から50重量%、好ましくは1重量%から20重量%の濃度で含まれることを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から20の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記フィルム状ポリマーは、ポリ酢酸ビニル樹脂、エチレン‐酢酸ビニルコポリマー、酢酸ビニル‐アクリル酸コポリマー、アクリルコポリマー、ポリウレタンコポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル及び/又はエポキシ樹脂、ポリビニルピロリドン、ウレタンアクリレート、からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から21の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記フィルム状ポリマーは、水性フォトレジスト中に、1重量%から50重量%、好ましくは10重量%から30重量%の濃度で含まれることを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から22の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの添加剤は、水性フォトレジスト中に、0.1重量%から5重量%、好ましくは0.1重量%から3重量%の濃度で含まれる分散添加剤である、又は、を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から23の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの添加剤は、水性フォトレジスト中に、0.1重量%から5重量%、好ましくは0.1重量%から3重量%の濃度で含まれる消泡剤である、又は、を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から24の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記光開始剤は、感光性ジアゾ樹脂、具体的には、水性フォトレジスト中に、濃度0.1重量%から5重量%、好ましくは0.1重量%から3重量%で含まれる4-ジアゾジフェニルアミン/ホルムアルデヒド縮合物である、又は、を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項18から25の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記水性フォトレジストは、1%から30%、好ましくは5%から15%のイソプロパノールを含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から26の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1及び/又は第2及び/又は第3及び/又は第4ニス層は、着色剤、具体的には、多色あるいは無色の顔料及び/若しくは効果顔料、UV−励起蛍光顔料、薄膜システム、コレステリック液晶、染料、並びに/又は、金属若しくは非金属のナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項27に記載の方法であって、
前記第1及び/又は第2及び/又は第3及び/又は第4ニス層は、それぞれ異なる着色剤を有していることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から28の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1及び/又は第2及び/又は第3及び/又は第4ニス層に対し、グラフィックモチーフ、英数字、ロゴ、画像、パターン、特にギロシェパターンの形状が適用されることを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から29の何れか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記第1ニス層が基体に塗布され、前記基体は、キャリアプライ、剥離層、ワックス層、ベースコート層、表面レリーフを有する複製層、反射層、保護層、体積ホログラム層、のうちの少なくとも1つの層を有することを特徴とする。 - 請求項30に記載の方法であって、
前記複製層に設けられた前記表面レリーフが、光学可変要素、具体的には、ホログラム、キネグラム(登録商標)、又はトラストシール(登録商標)、線形・交差正弦回析格子、線形・交差の単一・多段矩形格子、ゼロ次回析構造、非対称レリーフ構造、ブレーズド格子、等方性・異方性マット構造や、光回析及び/若しくは光屈折及び/若しくは光収束マイクロ・ナノ構造、バイナリー若しくは連続フレネルレンズ、バイナリー若しくは連続フレネル自由曲面、マイクロプリズム構造、又はこれらを組み合わせた構造を形成することを特徴とする。 - 請求項1から31の何れか一項に記載の方法により得られる多層体、具体的にはセキュリティ文書。
- 請求項32に記載の多層体を用いたセキュリティ文書、具体的には紙幣、セキュリティ、身分証明書、ビザ、パスポート、又はクレジットカード。
