Abstract

本発明は、あらゆる種類の陸・空・海用車両のフロントガラスおよび後部ウィンドウ(4) のガラス面(4) に堆積した雨雪を流し落とす掃引領域をより広く設けており、掃引の結果として、運転者により安全で快適な運転を供与する車両ワイパーユニット(1) に関連する。掃引中、ワイパーブレード(5) は車両ワイパーユニット(1) 内に取り付けられているアクチュエータ(3) によってウィンドウ(4) 上の往復運動を直線方向に展開させる。従って、車両ウィンドウ(4) 上のより広範な領域が掃引される。

Description

本発明は、あらゆる種類の陸・空・海用車両のフロントガラスおよび後部ウィンドウのガラス面に堆積した雨雪を流し落とす掃引領域をより広く設けており、掃引の結果として、運転者により安全で快適な運転を供与する車両ワイパーユニットに関連する。掃引中、ワイパーブレードは車両ワイパーユニット内に取り付けられているアクチュエータによってウィンドウ上の往復運動を直線方向に展開させる。従って、車両ウィンドウ上のより広範な領域が掃引される。
現在、陸上車両ならびに空および海用車両のフロントガラスとリアウィンドウにはワイパーユニットが備え付けられている。ウィンドウに堆積した雨雪を除去すること、あるいはウィンドウの清掃のみが必要な場合、ワイパーユニットがこの機能を果たす。ワイパーユニット内に設けられているワイパーブレードが円運動によって該当するウィンドウの中央部分の掃引と清掃を行う。両側部分は掃引されないため、運転者の視界は狭くなる。本件に関連する様々な研究が技術分野に存在する。
中国の特許文書第CN 201784584 号は、技術分野の改良として、機械的スイベルアームを駆使した掃引による車両のウィンドウの清掃を開示している。しかしながら、機械的スイベルアームが備わっているウィンドウのワイパーブレードには約90度の運動能力があることから、車両のウィンドウの広い領域の掃引が不可能であった。
技術分野におけるもう1つの改良がフランス特許文書第FR 2970925 であり、これには、ワイパーブレードがテレスコピック構造で取り付けられて、掃引作用中、直線方向に動くこととなるアームが開示されている。本文書では、ワイパーブレードがより広い領域を掃引するものの、アームによるこうした楕円運動に伴って形成される楕円形状の外周部を掃引することが不能であった。
技術分野におけるもう1つの改良が米国特許文書第US 5920949 であり、これにはウィンドウのより広い領域を掃引するワイパーユニットのことが開示されているが、これは円上に動き、ウィンドウの上部部分の掃引を行うことが不能であった。
技術分野におけるもう1つの改良が欧州特許文書第EP 0696532 であり、これにはワイパーユニットが開示されている。ワイパーユニットは結合メカニズムによってウィンドウのより広い領域を掃引するが、楕円運動を理由に、ウィンドウの上部部分を掃引することが不能であった。
上述のように、ワイパーユニットは技術分野に包含され、広範に使用されているものの、我々はより広い掃引領域を掃引するワイパーユニットを指摘することができずにいた。
加えて、完全に新たなワイパーユニットが上述の技法の全てにおいて考案されている。こうした理由から、ワイパーのモーターとメカニズムおよび車体設計の双方において修正を施すことが必要である。しかしながら、新規に開発された技法では、ワイパーのモーターとメカニズムおよび車体設計における修正を施すことは必須ではない。ワイパーアーム内にのみ実施された修正と併せ、システムを新規製造車両と従前に製造された車両の両方に用いることが可能である。
本発明の目的に準じて開発されるワイパーユニットは添付図に表されている。

発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) の構成：
- 1つ以上のワイパーアーム(2)
- ワイパーアーム(2) に接続されるアクチュエータ(3) によって結合される掃引と清掃もしくはウィンドウ(4) を実現するワイパーブレード(5) 。
- ワイパーアーム(2) 下のボディ(3.1) の内部部分内に組み込まれるマイクロプロセッサによって、往復運動に対し、ボディ(3.1) に係る出入をさせることでエンド部分に接続されるウィンドウ(4) 上でワイパーブレード(5) を動かすシャフト(3.2) を備えたアクチュエータ(3)。
発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) のマイクロプロセッサは既定の時間と方向に動くよう、シャフト(3.2) にコマンドを発してシャフト(3.2) を動かす。従って、シャフト(3.2) に接続されるワイパーブレード(5) はウィンドウのより広範な領域の掃引と清掃を行う。
発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) のアクチュエータ(3) の構成：
- 接続部材によってエンド部分にワイパーブレード(5) を結合するコネクションホール(3.3) を備えたシャフト(3.2) 。
発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) のアクチュエータ(3) の構成：
- リア部分内に位置するアクチュエータ(3) の作動や操作を行うパワー・コネクション・ポイント(3.4) を備えたボディ(3.1)。
発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) 内で、掃引中、ワイパーブレード(5) が車両のワイパーユニット(1) 内に位置するアクチュエータ(3) によって直線方向にウィンドウ(4) 上で往復運動を行う。従って、車両のウィンドウ(4) のより広い領域が掃引される。
本主概念の枠組み内で、上述の、発明に準じるワイパーユニット(1) は様々な実施態様で開発することができ、発明は上述の実施態様に制約されることなく、主範囲は特許請求の範囲にて言及されている。

Claims (3)

  1. ワイパーユニット(1) はその構成を特徴とし、すなわち、1つ以上のワイパーアーム(2)、ワイパーアーム(2) 下のボディ(3.1) の内部部分内に組み込まれるマイクロプロセッサによって、往復運動に対し、ボディ(3.1) に係る出入をさせることでエンド部分に接続されるウィンドウ(4) 上でワイパーブレード(5) を動かすシャフト(3.2) を備えたアクチュエータ(3) である。
  2. 請求項1に準じるワイパーユニット(1) はその構成を特徴とし、すなわち、接続部材によってエンド部分にワイパーブレード(5) を結合するコネクションホール(3.3) を備えたシャフト(3.2) である。
  3. 請求項１に準じるワイパーユニット(1) はその構成を特徴とし、すなわち、リア部分内に位置するアクチュエータ(3) の作動や操作を行うパワー・コネクション・ポイント(3.4) を備えたボディ(3.1) である。
