Abstract
Description
a) スズと、リンと、貴金属とを含む担体を調製する段階、
b) 段階a)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下にまたは酸素を含有するガスの流れの下に200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、かつ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階、
c) 段階b)において得られた乾燥済みかつ焼成済みの前駆体に、少なくとも1種のランタニド族元素の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階、
d) 段階c)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下にまたは酸素を含有するガスの流れの下に200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、かつ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階
を含む、方法にも関する。
a1) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体を導入することによってスズを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2) 段階a1)において得られたスズ含有担体に、少なくとも1種の貴金属の前駆体とリン前駆体とを含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階
を含む。
a1’) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体とリン前駆体とを導入することによってスズとリンとを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2’) 段階a1’)において得られたスズとリンとを含有する担体に、少なくとも1種の貴金属の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階
を含む。
(触媒)
本発明は、担体と、少なくとも1種の貴金属Mと、スズと、リンと、少なくとも1種のランタニド族元素とを含む触媒であって、触媒の重量に対して、リン元素の含有率は0.4〜1重量%であり、ランタニド族元素(1種または複数種)の含有率は、1重量%以下である触媒に関する。
本発明による触媒は、当業者に知られているあらゆる調製方法によって調製されてよい。
a) スズと、リンと、貴金属とを含む担体を調製する段階、
b) 段階a)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下または酸素を含有するガスの流れの下、200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階、
c) 段階b)において得られた乾燥済みかつ焼成済みの前駆体に、少なくとも1種のランタニド族元素の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階、
d) 段階c)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下または酸素を含有するガスの流れの下、200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階
を含む調製方法によって調製されてよい。
a1) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体を導入することによってスズを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2) 段階a1)において得られたスズ含有担体に、貴金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体とリン前駆体とを含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階
を含む。
a1’) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体とリン前駆体とを導入することによってスズとリンとを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2’) 段階a1’)において得られたスズとリンとを含有する担体に、貴金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階
を含む。
本発明は、本発明による触媒の存在下に炭化水素含有供給原料を接触改質するための方法にも関する。本発明による触媒は、実際に、ガソリンの改質および芳香族化合物の製造のための方法において利用されてよい。
以下の実施例は、本発明を例証する。
ベーマイトの合成は、硝酸アルミニウム0.1mol・L−1の溶液を水酸化ナトリウム溶液1mol・L−1により周囲温度および10前後に制御されたpHでアルカリ化することによって行われた。懸濁液は、次いで、1週間にわたってオーブン中95℃で撹拌なしで熟成される。懸濁液のpHは、熟成の後に変化する;最終のpHは、11.5に等しい。固体は、ろ過によって回収され、次いで、出発容積にほぼ等しい容積の水で洗浄される。固体は、水中に再懸濁させられ、4時間にわたって150℃でオートクレーブ処理される。懸濁液は、遠心分離にかけられ、次いで、空気の流れの下に、周囲温度で乾燥させられる。
実施例2における担体は、実施例1と同様の方法で調製されるが、ただし二塩化スズのみが、最終固体中0.3重量%のスズを目標としてベーマイト懸濁液に加えられる。
触媒Cは、0.3重量%のスズと、0.4重量%のリンとを含有する実施例1における担体から、実施例2に記載されたようにして白金、次いで、セリウムを含浸させることによって調製される。
実施例4における担体は、実施例1と同様の方法で調製されるが、ただし、目標とされるリン含有率は、最終触媒上に0.8重量%である。
触媒Eは、0.3重量%のスズと、0.4重量%のリンとを含有する実施例1における担体から、セリウム、次いで白金を含浸させることによって調製されるが、含浸による元素の導入の順序において実施例2とは異なっている。目標とされる含有率:セリウム0.15重量%および白金0.30重量%は、同じである。
実施例6における担体は、実施例1と同様の方法で調製されるが、ただし、目標とされるリン含有率は、最終触媒上に0.3重量%である。
実施例7における担体は、実施例1と同様の方法で調製されるが、ただし、目標とされるリン含有率は、最終触媒上に1.15重量%である。
触媒Hは、0.3重量%のスズと、0.4重量%のリンとを含有する、実施例1の担体から、実施例2に記載されたようにして白金、次いで、セリウムを含浸させることによって調製されるが、ただし、目標とされるセリウム含有率は、1.1重量%である。
実施例9の担体は、実施例1と同様の方法で調製されるが、ただし、二塩化スズのみが、最終固体中0.3重量%を目標として、ベーマイト懸濁液に加えられる。
実施例1〜9において調製が記載された触媒のサンプルが、石油蒸留を起源とするナフサタイプの炭化水素含有供給原料の転化に適した反応床において利用された。このナフサは、以下の組成:
パラフィン性化合物:49.6重量%、
ナフテン:35.3重量%、
芳香族化合物:15.1重量%
を有し、全体密度は、0.7539g/cm3である。この供給原料の初期および最終の蒸留点は、それぞれ101℃および175℃であり、95%の蒸留は、166℃で行われる。
− 反応圧力:0.76MPa(7.6barg)、
− 供給原料供給速度:触媒の重量(kg)当たり1.8kg/h、
− 供給原料中の水素/炭化水素のモル比:3。
Claims (15)
- 担体と、少なくとも1種の貴金属Mと、スズと、リンと、少なくとも1種のランタニド族元素とを含む触媒であって、触媒の重量に対して、リン元素の含有率は、0.4〜1重量%であり、ランタニド族元素(1種または複数種)の含有率は、1重量%以下である、触媒。
- 貴金属Mの含有率は、触媒の重量に対して0.02〜2重量%である、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 金属Mは、白金またはパラジウムである、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- スズの含有率は、触媒の重量に対して0.005〜10重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- ランタニド族元素の含有率は、触媒の重量に対して0.01〜0.5重量%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- ランタニド族元素は、セリウムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- Sn/Mの原子比は、0.5〜4.0であり、P/M比は、0.2〜30.0であり、ランタニド(1種または複数種)/M比は、0.1〜5.0である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 担体は、シリカ、アルミナまたはシリカ−アルミナを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- ハロゲン化化合物をさらに含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- ハロゲン化化合物の含有率は、触媒の重量に対して0.1〜8重量%である、請求項9に記載の触媒。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の触媒の調製方法であって、以下の連続する段階:
a) スズと、リンと、貴金属とを含む担体を調製する段階、
b) 段階a)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下または酸素を含有するガスの流れの下に、200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階、
c) 段階b)において得られた乾燥済みおよび焼成済みの前駆体に、少なくとも1種のランタニド族元素の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階、
d) 段階c)において得られた前駆体を、中性ガスの流れの下または酸素を含有するガスの流れの下に、200℃以下の温度で乾燥させ、350〜650℃の温度で焼成する段階
を含む、方法。 - 段階a)は、以下の段階:
a1) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体を導入することによってスズを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2) 段階a1)において得られたスズ含有担体に、貴金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体とリン前駆体とを含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階、
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 段階a)は、以下の段階:
a1’) 担体の成形の間にスズ前駆体とリン前駆体とを導入することによってスズとリンとを含む担体を調製する段階、
a2’) 段階a1’)において得られたスズとリンとを含有する担体に、貴金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体を含む含浸溶液を含浸させる段階
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 段階d)の後に得られた触媒を、水素下の処理に付す、請求項11〜13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 改質方法における、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の触媒または請求項11〜14のいずれか1つにより調製された触媒の使用。
