ここで、T0は装置の間隔距離、T1は試験前の試料厚さ、T2は試験後の試料厚さである。
Claims (11)
- 発泡体組成物であって、
エチレンとα−オレフィンまたはプロピレンとα−オレフィンとを含むオレフィンコポリマーと、
エチレン及びカルボン酸のコポリマーを含むアイオノマーであって、前記アイオノマーは金属イオンで中和されている、アイオノマーと、
架橋剤と、
発泡剤と、を含む、発泡体組成物。 - 前記オレフィンコポリマーがオレフィンブロックコポリマーであり、前記発泡体組成物の総重量を基準にして10〜99重量%の量で前記発泡体組成物中に存在する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記α−オレフィンがオクテンである、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記アイオノマーが、前記発泡体組成物の総重量を基準にして0.5〜10重量%の量で前記発泡体組成物中に存在する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記カルボン酸が(メタ)アクリル酸であり、前記金属イオンが亜鉛、ナトリウム、アルミニウムまたはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が過酸化物であり、前記発泡剤がアゾジカルボンアミドである、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記組成物から製造された発泡体が45〜90マイクロメートルの平均気泡サイズを有し、前記発泡体は14.5〜17ニュートン/ミリメートルのタイプC引裂強さを有し、破断時平均応力は2.75ニュートン/平方ミリメートルを超える、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体組成物から製造された物品。
- 前記物品が履物である、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 発泡体組成物を製造する方法であって、
エチレンとα−オレフィンまたはプロピレンとα−オレフィンとを含むオレフィンコポリマーと、エチレンとカルボン酸のコポリマーを含むアイオノマーであって、前記アイオノマーは金属イオンで中和されている、アイオノマーと、架橋剤と、発泡剤と、を一緒にブレンドして、前記発泡体組成物を形成することと、
前記組成物を加熱して前記発泡剤を活性化することと、
前記組成物を架橋することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記発泡体組成物を成形することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
