- 変換された血圧値B(t)の推移における第1の両方のピークの発生の間の時間的間隔が信号周期の内部で判定され、クリティカルな血圧を報知するために、所定の時間的な最低間隔を下回ったときに警告信号が生起されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フォトプレチスモグラフィセンサは、次の群、
外耳道で、好ましくは耳珠の内面でフォトプレチスモグラフィ値P(t)を検出する耳センサ、
指先でフォトプレチスモグラフィ値P(t)を検出する指先センサ、
から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記データ処理ユニットにFIRフィルタがインプリメントされていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 変換された血圧値B(t)の推移における第1の両方のピークの発生の間の時間的間隔が信号周期の内部で所定の時間的な最低間隔を下回ったときに警告信号を出力する信号出力ユニットを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 血圧の時間依存的な推移を判定する装置において、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するためにコンフィギュレーションされていることを特徴とする装置。
