Claims (8)
- 流体取入れ口(2)と、流体出口(3)とを含む本体(1)を備える流量制限装置であって、本体(1)内部には、一方では流体取入れ口(2)に、他方では流体出口(3)に結合された異なる断面の一連のチャンバを備える流体循環パイプ(5)が配置され、パイプ(5)が略円筒形状を有し、パイプ(5)が規則的な曲線を含む底部を含み、その結果、パイプ(5)が、パイプ(5)内を循環する流体を保持する領域を含まず、パイプ(5)が、第1の副チャンバ(8)が続く、第1の断面を有する主円筒形チャンバ(7)と、第2の副チャンバ(10)が続く、第2の断面を有する円筒形スプリンクラ(9)と、をそれぞれ備える一連のアセンブリ(E)であり、主チャンバ、スプリンクラ、第1の副チャンバおよび第2の副チャンバが共通のジェネレータを共有し、その結果、パイプの底部が規則的な螺旋状曲線である、流量制限装置。
- 第1の副チャンバが、円錐台形状を有し、流体の循環方向に収束し、第2の副チャンバが、円錐台形状を有し、流体の循環方向に広がる、請求項1に記載の流量制限装置。
- 流体取入れ口(2)に結合され、流体循環方向に流体取入れ口の下流に配置された濾過器(4)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の流量制限装置。
- 流体出口(3)に結合され、流体循環方向に流体出口の上流に配置された濾過器(4)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流量制限装置。
- 前記流量制限装置が、付加製造によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流量制限装置の製造方法。
- 付加製造が、レーザ粉末溶融型である、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 粉末が、好ましくは金属であり、典型的には、ニッケルまたはアルミニウム基のハステロイX、AS7G06タイプである、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの流量制限装置を備える航空機タービンエンジンの燃料回路。
