Claims (7)
- 空気圧インパルスレンチであって、モータ動力式インパルスユニットを備えたハウジング(10)と、前記ハウジング(10)内に設けられた状態で前記モータに接続されている圧力空気入口通路(14)及び排出空気出口通路(15)と、前記排出空気出口通路(15)内に配置されていて前記モータからの排出空気流を自動制御するモータ出力制御弁機構体(20)とを有し、実際の空気入口圧力を前記弁機構体(20)に伝える制御圧力通路(29)が前記通気入口通路(14)と、前記弁機構体(20)との間に延びている、インパルスレンチにおいて、
作動モードシフティング弁(38)が前記ハウジング(10)内に設けられており、該作動モードシフティング弁は、自動弁機構体(20)作動モードにおいて前記制御圧力通路(29)を通る伝達が許容される開き位置と、手動弁機構体(20)作動モードにおいて前記制御圧力通路(29)を通る伝達が遮断される閉じ位置との間でシフト可能である、インパルスレンチ。 - 前記作動モードシフティング弁(38)は、前記ハウジング(10)内に設けられていて前記制御圧力通路(29)と交差する横方向ボア(39)内に支持された弁スピンドル(40)を有し、前記弁スピンドル(40)は、前記開き位置と前記閉じ位置との間で長手方向に変位可能である、請求項1記載のインパルスレンチ。
- 前記作動モードシフティング弁(38)の前記弁スピンドル(40)は、前記開き位置において前記制御通路(29)と位置合わせされ、前記閉じ位置においては前記制御通路(29)との位置合わせ状態から外れるよう構成されたウエスト部分(41)を有する、請求項2記載のインパルスレンチ。
- 前記弁機構体(20)は、弁要素(22)を含み、前記インパルスレンチは、ピストン(25)を受け入れるシリンダチャンバ(24)を有し、前記シリンダチャンバは、前記弁要素(22)と関連するとともに前記制御圧力通路(29)を経て伝えられる前記実際の空気入口圧力によって加圧され、それにより前記弁要素(22)を前記自動作動モードで作動させるよう構成されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のインパルスレンチ。
- 前記弁機構体(20)は、前記弁要素(22)を前記手動作動モードにおいて所望の排出流制限位置に動かすよう設けられた弁設定ねじ(33)を含む、請求項4記載のインパルスレンチ。
- 前記弁設定ねじ(33)は、押圧力を前記弁要素(22)に及ぼすよう配置されている、請求項5記載のインパルスレンチ。
- 前記弁機構体(20)は、前記ハウジング(10)内に配置されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載のインパルスレンチ。
