Claims (10)
- エラストマー材料を処理する方法であって、前記方法は、
第1の熱への曝露をすでに有し、第1の半径方向強度を有するエラストマー・チュービングのセグメントを提供するステップと、
所定の曝露時間にわたって、特定の温度において、第2の熱への曝露によって前記セグメントを加熱するステップと、
特定の放射線量によって前記セグメントを照射するステップと、
前記第1の半径方向強度よりも大きい第2の半径方向強度を有するエラストマー・チュービングの強化されたセグメントとして、前記セグメントを提供するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記特定の放射線量は、20kGyから80kGyの間にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特定の放射線量は、25kGyから75kGyの間にある、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記特定の放射線量は、25kGyである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記曝露時間は2時間であり、前記特定の温度は華氏400度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記曝露時間は2時間であり、前記特定の温度は華氏400度である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- エラストマー・チュービングのセグメントを提供するステップは、シリコン・ベースのエラストマー・チュービングのセグメントを提供するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
