Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 電極組立体が収容されたパウチケースを封止するパウチ型二次電池の封止装置であって、
前記封止装置は上下部封止ブロックを含み、前記上下部封止ブロックの少なくともいずれか一方の封止ブロックには、パウチ型二次電池のリードに対応する位置に傾斜状の段差部を含む封止溝が形成され、
前記封止溝へ前記リードが安着するように導くリードガイドが、前記封止ブロックの前に設けられることを特徴とする、封止装置。 - 前記リードガイドは、前記リードが入れる離隔空間を形成する一対のブロックであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記ブロックは、前記リードに向ける角部分が面取りされた先細り形状であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記離隔空間は、前記リードの幅から0.1mm〜2.0mm範囲だけ離れたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドは、上下左右に移動自在であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記ブロック一端から他端までの幅が、前記封止溝の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記ブロックは、相互左右に移動自在であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、弾性を有する材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、絶縁性の物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、前記封止ブロックよりも先に前記リードの位置を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドは、前記封止ブロックと同時に適用され、前記リードの位置を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードの位置を決定するに際し、前記リードガイドの上面の高さが、前記リードよりも高く位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の封止装置。
- 前記先細りの斜面が、平たい面であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の封止装置。
- 前記先細りの斜面が、上方へ膨らんでいることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の封止装置。
- 前記先細りの斜面が、下方へ凹んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、前記リードの位置を決定するために前記離隔空間を維持したまま上下方向へ作動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、前記リードの位置を決定するために左右方向に作動することで前記離隔空間を合わせることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
- 前記リードガイドが、前記リードの位置を決定するためにピボット方式によって作動するこどとで前記離隔空間を合わせることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の封止装置。
