Claims (5)
- 医療用流体管路システムのための医療用流体制御装置であって、
流体管路システムの別の機能コンポーネントと接続するための少なくとも1個の接続ポート(3、3b、3c;4、4b、4c)と、開放可能な閉鎖エレメント(7、7b、7c)を備えた注入ポート(5、5b、5c)とを具備する流体流動ハウジング(2、2b、2c)を有し、
更に、前記流体流動ハウジング(2、2b、2c)内で可動に支持されていて流路セクション(9、9’、10;9a、9’a、10a;10b;10c)を具備する調節機構(6、6a、6b、6c)を有し、
前記流路セクション(9、9’、10;9a、9’a、10a;10b;10c)は前記調節機構(6、6a、6b、6c)の調節位置に応じて少なくとも1個の接続ポート(3、3b、3c;4、4b、4c)及び/又は注入ポート(5、5b、5c)に流体貫流のために調節移動可能である医療用流体制御装置において、
前記調節機構(6、6a、6b、6c)の少なくとも1個の流路セクション(10、10a、10b、10c)及び/又は前記注入ポート(5c)に、流体貫流時に前記注入ポート(5、5b、5c)の内側の洗浄を助勢する少なくとも1個の機械的流動加速手段(11、11a、11b、11c;13)が付属している、ことを特徴とする医療用流体管路システムのための医療用流体制御装置。 - 前記流路セクション(10、10a、10b、10c)及び/又は前記注入ポート(5c)内に組み込まれた管セクション(11、11a、11b、11c;13)によって前記機械的流動加速手段が構成されており、その流動断面は上流側に隣接する前記調節機構(6、6a、6b、6c)の前記流路セクション(10、10a、10b、10c)又は前記注入ポート(5c)又は前記接続ポート(3、4;3b、4b;3c、4c)の流動断面より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療用流体制御装置。
- 前記管セクション(11、11a、11b、11c;13)は、前記調節機構(6、6a、6b、6c)の前記流路セクション(10、10a、10b、10c)又は前記流体流動ハウジング(2、2b、2c)の前記注入ポート(5c)内に一体的に成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の医療用流体制御装置。
- 前記管セクション(11、11a、11b、11c;13)の外壁と、周囲の前記流路セクション(10、10a、10b、10c;15)の壁又は前記注入ポート(5c)の内壁との間に流体貫流を可能にする環状ギャップ(12、12a)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の医療用流体制御装置。
- 前記管セクション(11a)の内壁は、流体貫流に作用する旋回流発生ジオメトリ(14)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の医療用流体制御装置。
