Abstract
Description
・耐火性繊維から繊維織物を形成するステップと、
・第1の期間、第1の耐火性粒子を含む第1のスリップで前記繊維織物を含浸するステップと、
・前記第1の耐火性粒子を前記繊維織物内だけに残すように、前記繊維織物を含浸した前記第1のスリップから液相を除去するステップと、
・第2の期間、第2の耐火性粒子を含む第2のスリップで前記繊維織物を含浸するステップと、
・前記第2の耐火性粒子を前記繊維織物内だけに残し、前記第1及び第2の耐火性粒子で満たされた繊維プリフォームを得るように、前記織物を含浸した前記第2のスリップから液相を除去するステップと、
・前記繊維プリフォームに耐火性マトリックスを形成するように、前記プリフォームに存在する前記第1及び第2の耐火性粒子を焼結するステップと、を含む前記方法を提供する。
・第3の期間、第3の耐火性粒子を含む第3のスリップで繊維織物を含浸するステップと、
・第3の耐火性粒子を繊維織物内だけに残し、第1、第2、及び第3の耐火性粒子で満たされた繊維プリフォームを得るように、前記織物を含浸した第3のスリップから液相を除去するステップとをさらに含む。
・前記繊維織物を、前記織物の第1面が載っている多孔性材料製部分を底部に含む含浸チャンバを有するモールドに置くことであって、前記含浸チャンバが、前記繊維織物の第2面に面して配置されている変形可能で不浸透性のダイヤフラムによって上部で閉じられており、前記ダイヤフラムが、前記含浸チャンバを成形チャンバと隔てる、前記置くことと、
・耐火性粒子の粉末を含むスリップを、前記繊維織物の前記第2面と前記ダイヤフラムとの間の前記含浸チャンバに注入することと、
・圧縮流体を前記成形チャンバに注入することであって、前記流体が、前記ダイヤフラムに圧力を加えて、前記スリップが前記繊維織物を通過するように強いる、前記注入することとを含み、且つ、
前記スリップから液相を除去するそれぞれのステップは、前記繊維織物を通過した前記スリップの前記液相を、前記多孔性材料部分を介して排液し、前記多孔性部分により前記織物内部に前記耐火性粒子の粉末を保持することを含む。
・2次元(2D)織りにより得られるファブリックと、
・3次元(3D)織りにより得られるファブリックと、
・ブレードと、
・ニットと、
・フェルトと、
・糸若しくはトウの一方向(UD)シート、又は複数のUDシートを様々な方向に重ね合わせ、例えばステッチングにより、化学結合剤により、若しくはニードリングによりUDシートを互いに結合することにより得られる多方向(nD)シート
であり得る。
・ベント212を備えた底部211及びバルブ2140が取り付けらえた注入ポート214を備えた側壁213を有するモールド210(図7)と、
・バルブ2310が取り付けられた注入ポート231を有する蓋230、及び例えばシリコーン製の変形可能なダイヤフラム240、前記ダイヤフラムは、工具が閉じられると(図7)、繊維織物40が存在する含浸チャンバ201を、ダイヤフラム240の上に位置する成形チャンバ202と隔てることと、
・底部211の内面211a上に置かれ、底部211の内面211aと接触している底面220b、及び繊維織物40を受けるための上面220aを有する、多孔性材料部分220と、を備える。
Claims (11)
- 複合材料から部品を製造する方法において、
耐火性繊維から繊維織物(10)を形成するステップと、
第1の期間において、第1の耐火性粒子(151)を含む第1のスリップ(150)で前記繊維織物(10)を含浸するステップと、
前記第1の耐火性粒子(151)を前記繊維織物(10)内だけに残すように、前記繊維織物を含浸した前記第1のスリップ(150)から液相(152)を除去するステップと、
第2の期間において、第2の耐火性粒子(161)を含む第2のスリップ(160)で繊維織物(20)を含浸するステップと、
前記第2の耐火性粒子(161)を前記繊維織物(20)内だけに残し、前記第1の耐火性粒子(151)及び前記第2の耐火性粒子(161)で満たされた繊維プリフォーム(30)を得るように、前記繊維織物を含浸した第2のスリップ(160)から液相(162)を除去するステップと、
前記繊維プリフォーム(30)に耐火性マトリックスを形成するように、前記繊維プリフォームに存在する第1の耐火性粒子(151)及び第2の耐火性粒子(161)を焼結するステップとを含み、
前記繊維織物を含浸する第1のステップ及び第2のステップのそれぞれが、
前記繊維織物(10)を、前記繊維織物(10)の第1面(10b)が載っている多孔性材料部分(120)を底部に含む含浸チャンバ(101)を有するモールド(110)に置くことであって、前記含浸チャンバ(101)が、前記繊維織物(10)の第2面(10a)に面して配置されている変形可能で不浸透性のダイヤフラム(140)によって上部で閉じられており、前記ダイヤフラムが、前記含浸チャンバ(101)を成形チャンバ(102)と隔てる、前記置くことと、
耐火性粒子(151;161)の粉末を含むスリップ(150;160)を、前記繊維織物(10)の前記第2面(10a)と前記ダイヤフラム(140)との間の前記含浸チャンバ(101)に注入することと、
圧縮流体(170)を前記成形チャンバ(102)に注入することであって、前記圧縮流体が、前記ダイヤフラム(140)に圧力を加えて、前記スリップが前記繊維織物を通過するように強いる、前記注入することとを含み、
前記スリップ(150;160)から前記液相(152;162)を除去するそれぞれのステップが、前記繊維織物(10)を通過した前記スリップの前記液相を、前記多孔性材料部分(120)を介して排液し、前記多孔性材料部分により前記繊維織物の内部に前記耐火性粒子(151;161)を保持することを含むことを特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記第1の耐火性粒子(151)が、前記第2の耐火性粒子(161)の平均径よりも大きい平均径を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の耐火性粒子(151)が、前記第2の耐火性粒子(161)と同じ化学的性質であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の耐火性粒子(151)が、前記第2の耐火性粒子(161)の化学的性質とは異なる化学的性質であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のスリップ(260)から前記液相(262)を除去するステップの後、且つ前記焼結するステップの前に、
第3の期間において、第3の耐火性粒子(271)を含む第3のスリップ(270)で繊維織物(60)を含浸するステップと、
前記第3の耐火性粒子(271)を前記繊維織物(60)内だけに残し、前記第1の耐火性粒子(251)、前記第2の耐火性粒子(261)及び前記第3の耐火性粒子(271)で満たされた繊維プリフォーム(70)を得るように、前記繊維織物を含浸した前記第3のスリップ(270)から前記液相(272)を除去するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第3の耐火性粒子(271)が、前記第1の耐火性粒子(251)の平均径と同じくらいの平均径を表すこと、並びに前記第1の耐火性粒子(251)及び前記第3の耐火性粒子(271)が、前記第2の耐火性粒子(261)の平均径よりも大きい平均径を表すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性材料部分(220)が、硬質であり、製造される複合材料からなる部品の形状に合う形状を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性材料部分(120)が変形可能であり、前記モールド(110)の底部(111)が、製造される前記複合材料からなる部品の形状に対応する形状を表し、前記多孔性材料部分(120)が、前記モールド(110)の前記底部(111)の形状を為していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォームの糸を、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノ珪酸塩、硼珪酸塩、炭化珪素、及び、炭素の材料の中の1種以上から成っている繊維により形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 耐火性粒子が、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、アルミノ珪酸塩、アルミノリン酸塩、ジルコニア、カーバイド、ホウ化物、及び、ニトリドから選択される材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 得られる前記複合材料からなる部品が、タービンエンジンブレードを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
