Abstract
Description
繊維束、繊維俵、又は繊維織物構造体から前記繊維を遊離して解繊することによって繊維を調製する工程1,2,3と、
部材の一方側の外形を有する三次元空気透過性成形型5の半分上へ、双方向制御しながら遊離解繊維を吸込み及び/又は吹付ける工程6と、
ファイバープレフォームを、フロック箱(flockbox)4内で予備固化させる工程と、
ファイバープレフォーム7を、部材の空気透過性成形型5の半分の外形形状を有するプレス成形型11へ移送する工程と、
少なくとも一種の液状プラスチック材料に接触させる工程10と、
プレス11によって、ファイバープレフォームを部材へと固化させる工程とを、
順に有している。
Claims (15)
- 荷電依存材料分布による等方性繊維分布を有し、高剛性率の繊維とプラスチックマトリックスによって形成された三次元高強度繊維複合部材の製造方法であって、
繊維束、繊維俵、又は繊維織物構造体から前記繊維を遊離して解繊することによって繊維を調製する工程(1,2,3)と、
部材の一方側の外形を有する三次元空気透過性成形型(5)の半分上へ、双方向制御しながら遊離解繊維を吸込み及び/又は吹付ける工程(6)と、
ファイバープレフォームを、フロック箱(4)内で予備固化させる工程と、
前記ファイバープレフォーム(7)を、前記部材の前記空気透過性成形型(5)の半分の外形形状を有するプレス成形型(11)へ移送する工程と、
少なくとも一種の液状プラスチック材料に接触させる工程(10)と、
プレス(11)によって、前記ファイバープレフォームを部材へと固化させる工程とを、
順に有していることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 高剛性率の前記繊維として、ガラス繊維又は炭素繊維を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維を、解繊した後に少なくとも一種の結着繊維と混合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維の全質量に対する混合後の前記結着繊維の質量比を、5重量%又は5重量%未満にすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維を、前記三次元空気透過性成形型(5)の表面へ吸込み及び/又は吹付け(6)している間、前記繊維が均一な単位面積当たり重量で前記表面の全部を被覆するように、前記繊維が用いられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維を、前記三次元空気透過性成形型(5)の表面へ吸込み及び/又は吹付け(6)している間、前記繊維が部分的に異なった単位面積当たり重量で被覆するように、前記繊維が用いられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 結着繊維を加熱された空気によって活性化し、前記ファイバープレフォーム(7)を予備固化することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ファイバープレフォーム(7)を前記プレス成形型(11)へ移送する工程を、前記ファイバープレフォームを吸引によって保持する移送トレイ(4)の手段によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 一軸の前記繊維束、前記繊維俵、及び/又は前記繊維織物構造体は、前記ファイバープレフォーム(7)の表面の片面又は両面で、付されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性PUR、コポリアミド、又はコポリエステルの単一成分繊維を、前記結着繊維として用いることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性PUR、コポリアミド、又はコポリエステルのシェル材料を有する複合成分繊維を、前記結着繊維として用いることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 付す際に液体であり、かつ塗布エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、及び成型用ポリアミドの一種で形成されている樹脂を、マトリックス樹脂として用いることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂を、前記ファイバープレフォームの片面又は両面に噴霧することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記三次元空気透過性成形型側のノズルを介して、前記樹脂を、閉じた前記三次元空気透過性成形型内でプレスされた前記ファイバープリフォームに注入することを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 高剛性率の繊維の25〜70重量%、最大で5重量%の結着繊維材料、及び熱硬化性又は熱可塑性プラスチックマトリックスの25〜70重量%を、有していることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により作製された等方性繊維分布を有する三次元高強度繊維複合部材。
