Abstract
Description
a.t=0から出発して、taccで予圧縮速度から要求された吐出速度V1まで速度を上昇させる吐出工程が最初に行われる。
b.吐出工程が完了すると、ポンプは吸入工程に切り替わる。吸入工程の実際の要求速度V2は、予圧縮ポンプの吐出弁が開放される時間を制御することによって決定される。
c.最後に、ポンプのシリンダ内の圧力が、その時点で吐出工程を行う第2のポンプ内の圧力と同じ圧力に予圧縮される予圧工程が行われる。
Claims (11)
- スラリー媒体を取り扱うための油圧ポンプシステムであって、
両方のポンプが、吸入口を介してスラリー媒体を交互に吸入し、吐出口を介してスラリー媒体を吐出するように構成された、少なくとも2つの容積式往復動ポンプと、
各吐出口を交互に開閉するピストン/シリンダ吐出弁、および作動中にスラリー媒体の吐出に容積差が生じないように前記両方のピストン/シリンダ吐出弁の交互の開閉を制御するための制御手段と、
を備える、油圧ポンプシステム。 - 前記制御手段が、両方のピストン/シリンダ駆動弁の前記ピストンを相互接続するレバーアセンブリを備える、請求項1に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記レバーアセンブリが2つの端部を有するレバーを備え、各端部が前記ピストン/シリンダ駆動弁の1つの前記ピストンに蝶番式に接続されている、請求項2に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記ピストン/シリンダ吐出弁が、油圧ピストン/シリンダ駆動の吐出弁であり、前記制御手段は、前記油圧ピストン/シリンダ駆動の吐出弁の両方のシリンダを相互接続する油圧ラインを備える、請求項1に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記油圧ラインが、前記両方のシリンダをその前記ピストン側で相互接続する、請求項4に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記油圧ラインが、前記両方のシリンダをその前記シリンダ側で相互接続する、請求項4に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記各油圧ピストン/シリンダ駆動の吐出弁が、前記吐出弁の閉鎖位置にある前記ピストンの位置を検出するための第1のセンサと、前記吐出弁の開放位置にある前記ピストンの位置を検出するための第2のセンサとを備える、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 一方の吐出弁の前記第1のセンサおよび他方の吐出弁の前記第2のセンサによって生成される信号に基づいて前記油圧ピストン/シリンダ駆動の吐出弁に油圧媒体を追加する油圧補充手段をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記各吸入口を交互に開閉するための油圧ピストン/シリンダ駆動の吸入弁をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記両方の吸入口を相互接続する中央入口と、前記両方の吐出口を相互接続する中央出口とを有するポンプハウジングをさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
- 前記ポンプハウジングが2つのポンプ室を備え、各ポンプ室は前記容積式往復動ポンプの1つと相互接続され、各ポンプ室には吸入口および吐出口が設けられている、請求項10に記載の油圧ポンプシステム。
