− 建築用部品、即ち、換気設備、衝撃保護、内部または外部設備および表面仕上げ、建物の構造に関わる部品。
Claims (16)
- 極性カルボキシ官能基でグラフト化されたフッ素化熱可塑性ポリマーと、少なくとも1つの連続した無機または有機繊維からなる繊維状補強材とを含む難燃性組成物。
- 前記フッ素化ポリマーが、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、またはフッ化ビニリデンと、フッ化ビニル、トリフルオロエチレン、クロロトリフルオロエチレン、1,2−ジフルオロエチレン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、パーフルオロ(メチルビニル)エーテル、パーフルオロ(エチルビニル)エーテルおよびパーフルオロ(プロピルビニル)エーテルから選択される少なくとも1つの他のコモノマーとのコポリマーであって、フッ化ビニリデンが少なくとも50重量%を構成するコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記無機または有機繊維が、炭素繊維;シリカ繊維、例えば、特にE、RもしくはS2タイプのガラス繊維;ホウ素繊維;セラミック繊維、特に炭化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、炭窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素;バサルト繊維;金属もしくはその合金をベースとする繊維もしくはフィラメント;金属酸化物をベースとする繊維;天然繊維、例えば、亜麻、麻もしくはサイザル繊維;金属化炭素繊維および金属化ガラス繊維、または前記繊維の混合物から選択される、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記連続した無機または有機繊維が、一方向性であり、1000を超えるアスペクト比を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 可塑剤、染料、帯電防止剤、難燃剤および潤滑剤から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記極性カルボキシ官能基が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、シトラコン酸、アリルコハク酸、シクロヘキサ−4−エン−1,2−ジカルボン酸、4−メチルシクロヘキサ−4−エン−1,2−ジカルボン酸、ビシクロ(2,2,1)ヘプタ−5−エン−2,3−ジカルボン酸、ウンデシレン酸およびその無水物といった2から20個の炭素原子、特に4から10個の炭素原子を有する不飽和モノカルボン酸およびジカルボン酸から選択される少なくとも1つの極性モノマーから生じさせられる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性組成物からなる熱可塑性プリプレグ。
- 前記無機または有機繊維の重量含有率が、30から90%の間、好ましくは40から80%の間、有利には45から65%の間、さらにより優先的には50から60%の間である、請求項7に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項7および8のいずれか一項に記載のプリプレグを含む複合材料。
- 前記プリプレグからなるモノリシックパネルの形態の請求項9に記載の複合材料。
- スキンとして働く前記プリプレグの少なくとも2つの間に挟まれたコア材料を含む請求項9に記載の複合材料。
- 前記コア材料が、発泡材料、特にPVDF発泡体、または特にPVDF製のハニカム材料である、請求項11に記載の複合材料。
- 0.1から3バール、好ましくは0.5から2バールの圧力下および180℃から240℃、好ましくは190から220℃の範囲の温度での連続積層技術による、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 複合材製または金属製の剛性モールドと可撓性カバーとを使用し、0.1から900ミリバール、好ましくは1から200ミリバールの範囲の減圧を用いる、180℃から240℃、好ましくは190から220℃の範囲の温度での真空成型技術による、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 金属モールド中で、0.1から50バール、好ましくは1から15バールの範囲の圧力を用いる、180℃から240℃、好ましくは190から220℃の範囲の温度での熱圧縮成形技術による、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 航空、海軍、鉄道もしくは道路輸送の分野または建設分野における成形部品または積層部品であり、特に、該部品が構造的または半構造的な機械的部品である部品の製造のための請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の複合材料の使用。
