Abstract
Description

QB=エンドポイント(増殖/増殖なし)を生成した単独の作用におけるppmでの化合物Bの濃度
Qb=エンドポイント(増殖/増殖なし)を生成した、混合物中でのppmでの化合物Bの濃度である。
1.透明な容器中、試験試料を等しい体積で調製した。殺生物剤の希釈を、細菌は7.3のpHのトリプチックソイブロス(TSB)中で、及び真菌株はpH5.4の麦芽抽出物ブロス(MEB)中で行った。
1つの試験される殺生物剤生成物及び種当たり16個の試料を、1.5の希釈係数での段階希釈によって複製し調製した。
微生物1株当たり、いかなる殺生物剤も含有しない2つの試料を対照として追加した。

培養物をクライオバイアル中−80℃でグリセロールストックとして維持し、解凍し、その後、TSA寒天プレート上に100μl塗抹した。30℃で1日間のインキュベーション後、pH7.3の緩衝剤で株を収集した。
細胞の濃度を、標準生菌数計測技術を使用することによって評価した。

- (a)ジアミンと、(b)ジチオ−2,2’−ビス−ベンズメチルアミドと、を含み、前記ジアミン対ジチオ−2,2’−ビス−ベンズメチルアミドの重量比が、10:1〜1:10である、相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- (a)ジアミンと、(b)ジチオ−2,2’−ビス−ベンズメチルアミドと、を含み、前記ジアミン対ジチオ−2,2’−ビス−ベンズメチルアミドの重量比が、9:1〜1:10である、相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- 水性媒体中で微生物の増殖を阻害または微生物の増殖を制御する方法であって、前記水性媒体に請求項1に記載の組成物を添加することを含む、方法。
- 水性媒体中で微生物の増殖を阻害または微生物の増殖を制御する方法であって、前記水性媒体に請求項2に記載の組成物を添加することを含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の相乗的抗微生物組成物を含む、水性媒体。
