Claims (4)
- 自転車の駆動車輪が設置されたハブ軸(301)の雄ねじ部(302)に締結固定され、一方向に向かうほど直径が減少するように多段で形成された変速機胴体(310)、前記変速機胴体(310)内に収容されるリングギア(320)、サンギア(330)、複数のピニオンギア(340)、前記変速機胴体(310)の外側に結合される変速機カバー(350)を含む自転車用加速減速ギア装置(300)において、
前記リングギア(320)は、前記変速機胴体(310)の内部に安着されるように前記変速機胴体(310)の形状に合わせて多段で形成され、前記リングギア(320)の中央内周面上には複数のラッチ係止具(321)が歯車式で一方向に向かうように互いに連結されるように形成され、前記リングギア(320)の相対的に直径の大きい一側内周面上にはギア歯形(322)が形成され、前記ギア歯形(322)には複数のピニオンギア(340)が前記リングギア(320)の放射状内径に沿って公転するように噛み合って配置され、これと共に、前記ピニオンギア(340)の中心には前記サンギア(330)が噛み合うように配置され、前記サンギア(330)の一側放射状外面上には複数の第1ラッチ挿入溝(331)が形成され、前記第1ラッチ挿入溝(331)には第1ラッチ(332)と第1ラッチスプリング(333)とが配置され、前記第1ラッチ(332)は、前記リングギア(320)の前記ラッチ係止具(321)に選択的に係止されるように配置されることを特徴とする自転車用加速減速ギア装置。 - 前記サンギア(330)の放射状内径には、前記ハブ軸(301)の雄ねじ部(302)とねじ結合方式で締結されることができるように雌ねじ部(335)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自転車用加速減速ギア装置。
- 前記変速機カバー(350)が装着される方に対向する前記変速機胴体(310)の他側にはラッチ胴体(380)及びリングストッパー(390)が順に配置され、前記リングストッパー(390)の内面上には板スプリング(392)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自転車用加速減速ギア装置。
- 前記ラッチ胴体(380)の放射状外面上には複数の第2ラッチ挿入溝(382)が形成され、前記第2ラッチ挿入溝(382)にはリングギアラッチ(384)が挿入して配置され、前記ラッチ胴体(380)の放射状胴体の一側には複数の挿入溝(381)が形成され、前記第2ラッチ挿入溝(382)にリングギアラッチ(384)が挿入して配置された状態で前記挿入溝(381)にはコイルスプリング(370)とストップリング(372)とが嵌められ、その上にはチェンジラッチ(386)が配置され、前記板スプリング(392)は一部分が前記チェンジラッチ(386)を囲むように嵌められる方式で配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自転車用加速減速ギア装置。
