Abstract
Description
・人間の健康に適合する融解温度及び凍結温度;
・高相転移熱(液化/固化);
・無毒で腐食及び吸湿しない。
前記アッパーは、前記後部カウンター及び前記前部つま先端において、相変化マイクロカプセルを備えるメモリーフォーム層を有し;
前記インナーライニング及び前記小ソールは相変化マイクロカプセルを含浸し;
前記貯蔵部には相変化マイクロカプセルが充填され、
前記相変化マイクロカプセルは固化温度が18°Cから23°Cまで、融解温度が24°Cから32°Cまでであることを特徴とする。
相変化マイクロカプセル(Phase Change Microcapsule:microPCM)充填組織からなるインサートの実装
パーケール綿からなる布製支持部材:
寸法=205±1mm×435±1mm×0.20±0.01mm;
重量 11.95±0.01g。
microPCMをパーケール綿に固定するために使われた結合剤:
CRLEM RP6005、乾燥比率高含有=60%のアクリル樹脂
蒸留水100gに対して希釈率15mgのアクリル。
相変化マイクロカプセル(microPCM):
マイクロテック・ラボラトリー社製microPCM「MPCM 28D」(D:乾燥粉末);
融点 28°C;
凝固点 18°C;
マイクロカプセルの含有材料:n−オクタデカン アクリル結合剤に分散されるmicroPCMの比率は結合剤の乾燥比率に対して300重量パーセント。
重量11.95±0.01gのパーケール布(綿100%)からなる支持部材上に、圧縮空気式スプレーガンにより、(アクリル分散体ACRILEM RP6005系)溶液150gを噴霧した。
アッパー用皮革:カーフ・タッセル(フォスター社製)、植物なめし。
ライニング用皮革:クロムなめしラム革。
microPCM充填仕上げ溶液:
・Compact Baygen AP2:助剤を用いてポリウレタン及びアクリル分散体を作成、皮革のシボ軽減に用いられる。
・Baysin LN:皮革の仕上げ工程で使用される水溶液の粘度を調整するための助剤。
・Bayderm primer APRI:皮革の仕上げ工程で使用されるポリウレタン溶液。
・希釈水。
・microPCM MPCM 28D。
microPCMであるMPCM 28Dを含む前記アッパー及び前記ライニングを実装するために用いられる皮革を、ローラー・コーティングによるコーティング工程により付加した。
元の重量約53.01gのエチレン酢酸ビニールからなる平台部からポリマー約12.44を除去し、接着剤とmicroPCMの混合物を注入可能な空洞部を設けた。前記空洞部を備える前記平台部(平台部の最終重量40.57g)において、microPCM充填49.89%のラテックス系接着剤約34gを2回に分けて塗布した。各塗布作業後、前記混合物を24時間乾燥させた。
前記靴の前記アッパー部を、前記ライニング及び前記アッパー間にmicroPCM含浸組織を備えることにより実装した。前記含浸組織は靴の支持部材として通常使用される補強布に代替する。支持布無しでは皮革の強度が不足して断裂する可能性があり、成形パターン上で皮革パネルを組立ることは難しい。
赤色の「フランチェジーナ」タイプの靴プロトタイプの熱的特性評価試験を、Kタイプサーモカップル及びPico社製PC用ロガーTC−08インターフェースカードを用いて行った。
前記靴プロトタイプ内の前記メモリーフォームインサートの特性評価試験において、次の異なる四種類の靴を評価した:黒色セーム革デコルテ靴(寸法38)、黒色パテントレザーデコルテ靴(寸法38)、赤色フランチェジーナプロトタイプ(寸法37)、赤色フランチェジーナ一般靴(寸法37)。
Claims (1)
- 詳細には靴又は長靴である熱的快適性に優れた靴であって、足を受けるよう構成されるアッパーと、その間に接合されるソールと、前記アッパー内の区画内に配置される足底小ソールとを備え、前記アッパーは前部つま先端と、後部カウンターと、補強布からなるインナーライニングを備えるクオーターとを備え、前記ソールは前部台座部と、ヒールとを備え、前側の前記足底小ソールは前記ソールの前記前部において貯蔵部が得られる厚さの孔部を有し:
前記アッパーは、前記後部カウンター及び前記前部つま先端において、相変化マイクロカプセルを備えるメモリーフォーム層を有し;
前記インナーライニング及び前記小ソールは相変化マイクロカプセルを含浸し;
前記貯蔵部には相変化マイクロカプセルが充填され、
前記相変化マイクロカプセルは固化温度が18°Cから23°Cまで、融解温度が24°Cから32°Cまでであることを特徴とする靴。
