以下において、添付の図面を参照しながら本発明による好ましい実施例を詳しく説明するが、図面符号に関係なく同一または対応の構成要素には同一の参照番号を付与し、これに対する重複の説明は省略することにする。
また、前記タンジェントラインCは、ロータ140の中心と前記最大半径(Rmax)地点Rを連結する線(y軸)に対して、4゜乃至15゜の角度で傾斜するように決定され得る。
次いで、前記最大半径(Rmax)地点Rを通るサイクロイド曲線Aを決定するステップについて説明する。
Claims (6)
- ポンプハウジング内に収容されたカムリング、前記カムリング内に回転軸を中心として回転可能に収容されたロータ、および前記ロータに結合され、流体を吐出させる複数のベーン、を含むベーンポンプであって、
前記カムリングは、
前記回転軸を中心として円周方向に最大半径(Rmax)と最小半径(Rmin)との間で可変する環状の内部プロファイルを備え、
前記環状の内部プロファイルは、
前記最大半径(Rmax)地点を通るサイクロイド曲線;
前記最小半径(Rmin)地点を通る円弧;および
前記サイクロイド曲線と前記円弧をタンジェント曲率で連結するタンジェントライン;で構成されたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記タンジェントラインは、
回転軸の中心と前記最大半径(Rmax)地点を連結する半径に対して、4゜乃至15゜の角度で傾斜したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベーンポンプ。 - ポンプハウジング内に収容されたカムリング、前記カムリング内に回転軸を中心として回転可能に収容されたロータ、および前記ロータに結合され、流体を吐出させる複数のベーン、を含むベーンポンプのカムリング内部のプロファイル決定方法であって、
前記カムリングは、前記回転軸を中心として円周方向に最大半径(Rmax)と最小半径(Rmin)との間で可変する環状の内部プロファイルで形成し、
前記最大半径(Rmax)地点を決定するステップ;
前記最大半径(Rmax)地点を通るサイクロイド曲線を決定するステップ;
一側が前記サイクロイド曲線にタンジェント曲率で連結され、傾斜したタンジェントラインを決定するステップ;および
前記タンジェントラインの他側にタンジェント曲率で連結されるように前記最小半径(Rmin)地点を通る円弧を決定するステップ;を含むことを特徴とするカムリング内部のプロファイル決定方法。 - 前記タンジェントラインは、
回転軸の中心と前記最大半径(Rmax)地点を連結する半径に対して、4゜乃至15゜の角度で傾斜したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカムリング内部のプロファイル決定方法。
