Claims (27)

  1. 50,000から200,000センチポイズの間の粘度を有する溶液中に懸濁された微粒子を含む作用剤;および

  5. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、15ミクロンから250ミクロンの間の平均直径を有する、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  6. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、少なくとも120℃のガラス転移温度を有する架橋PMMAを含む、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  7. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、直鎖状PMMAを含む、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  8. 送達デバイスが、サイズが18ゲージから25ゲージの間の範囲の針を包含する、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  9. 前記溶液中のヒアルロン酸の濃度が、1.0%から3.0%の間である、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  10. 前記作用剤中のヒアルロン酸の分子量が、1.6MDaより大きい、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  11. 前記作用剤中のPMMAの濃度が、25%から50%の間である、請求項に記載の医療用キット。
  12. 脊椎円板の構造的な完全性を修復および/または改善することにおいて使用するための、ヒアルロン酸を含有する非ゲル化溶液に懸濁された複数の微粒子を含む、インプラント用作用剤。
  13. ヒアルロン酸を含有する前記溶液が、架橋ヒアルロン酸を含む、請求項12に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  14. 前記微粒子が、PMMAを含む、請求項12に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  15. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、15ミクロンから250ミクロンの間の平均直径を有する、請求項14に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  16. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、少なくとも120℃のガラス転移温度を有する架橋PMMAを含む、請求項14に記載の医療用キット。
  17. 前記PMMAの微粒子が、直鎖状PMMAを含む、請求項14に記載の医療用キット。
  18. 前記溶液中のヒアルロン酸の濃度が、1.0%から3.0%の間である、請求項12に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  19. 前記作用剤中のヒアルロン酸の分子量が、1.6MDaより大きい、請求項12に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  20. 前記作用剤中のPMMAの濃度が、25%から50%の間である、請求項12に記載のインプラント用作用剤。
  21. 脊椎円板の内側部分に、ヒアルロン酸を含有する非ゲル化溶液に懸濁された複数の粒子を設置することを含む、該脊椎円板を処置する方法。
  22. ヒアルロン酸を含有する前記溶液が、架橋ヒアルロン酸を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
  23. 前記粒子が、実質的に球状であり、前記粒子が、約15ミクロンから約200ミクロンの直径を有する、請求項21に記載の方法。
  24. 900ミクロン以下の内径、1300ミクロン以下の外径、および3インチ以上の長さの針を有するシリンジを含む医療用キットであって、該シリンジのバレルは、少なくとも120℃のガラス転移温度および15から300ミクロンの間の平均直径を有する粒子を含有する担体を含む生体適合性インプラントが予め充填されており、該シリンジは、該シリンジの該バレル中に充填された該インプラントと共に予め滅菌されている、医療用キット。
  25. 前記針が、450から240ミクロンの間の内径、750から450ミクロンの間の外径、および5インチ以上の長さを有し、前記生体適合性インプラントが、前記粒子を含有する前記担体としてヒアルロン酸の水溶液を含み、前記粒子が、50から100ミクロンの間の平均直径を有し、38から48%w/wの間の濃度で前記インプラントの溶液中に存在する、請求項24に記載の医療用キット。
  26. 前記粒子が、38から42%w/wの間の濃度で前記溶液に存在する、請求項25に記載の医療用キット。
  27. 前記溶液が、50,000から200,000センチポイズの間の粘度を有する、請求項26に記載の医療用キット。
