Claims (10)
- 補給機能を備えた圧力制限弁であって、特に作業接続部(A)及びタンク接続部(T)として形成された少なくとも2個の接続部と、バルブハウジング(20)内で長手方向移動可能に案内されているばね負荷された圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と、補給機能を実現するためのばね負荷された逆止め弁ピストン(56)とを具備するバルブハウジング(20)を有する、補給機能を備えた圧力制限弁において、
前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)が中空ピストンとして構成されてバルブハウジング(20)内で長手方向移動可能に案内されていることを特徴とする、補給機能を備えた圧力制限弁。 - 前記作業接続部(A)と前記タンク接続部(T)の間の流体連通を遮断するために、前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)はそれらの隣り合う端面の領域で互いに当接しており、この連通を解放する目的で、前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)の中の少なくとも一方が前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)の中の他方から軸線方向において離れることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)はバルブハウジング(20)の内部にそれぞれ少なくとも1個の行程ストッパ(52、54;76、78)を装備されており、それぞれの戻しばね(24、58)は、対応する前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)のためにバルブハウジング(20)内の対向する組込み室若しくはばね室(46、66)内で案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)を互いに密着して連通させるために、逆止め弁ピストン(56)は圧力制限弁ピストン(22)の端面に設けた円筒状受容室(70)内に突入係合する斜面(68)を装備されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 圧力制限弁ピストン(22)は、当該圧力制限弁ピストン(22)の前面と後面との間に恒常的な流体連通を生み出すパイロットオリフィス(50)を装備されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 圧力制限弁ピストン(22)は、減衰オリフィス(30)を有するバルブパイロット(12)と協働して、減衰オリフィス(30)が解放されてパイロットオリフィス(50)からタンク接続部(T)への流体連通を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- タンク接続部(T)はバルブハウジング(20)内に半径方向に挿入され、作業接続部(A)は軸線方向に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- ほぼタンク接続部(T)に対するそれぞれの孔軸の領域で、前記圧力制限弁ピストン(22)と前記逆止め弁ピストン(56)は流体遮断制御位置において互いに当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 補給機能を実現するために、逆止め弁ピストン(56)が作業接続部(A)に向かって動き、圧力制限弁ピストン(22)が行程ストッパ(52)に達するまでこの動きに追従し、次いで逆止め弁ピストン(56)が前記作業接続部(A)と前記タンク接続部(T)の間の連通を規則的に解放することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
- 圧力制限機能を実現するために、パイロットオリフィス(50)と減衰オリフィス(30)を有するバルブパイロット(12)が開き、その際に圧力制限弁ピストン(22)が作業接続部(A)から離れ、逆止め弁ピストン(56)が行程ストッパ(76)に達するまでこの動きに追従し、次いで圧力制限弁ピストン(22)が前記作業接続部(A)と前記タンク接続部(T)の間の連通を規則的に解放することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制限弁。
