Claims (17)
- a)バイオマスと、触媒組成物と、輸送流体を、反応条件に維持された触媒急速熱分解法の流動床反応器に供給して、未処理の流体生成物流を生成する工程と、
b)前記工程a)の前記未処理の流体生成物流を固形物分離・ストリッピングシステムに供給し、分離した固形物と流体生成物流を生成する工程と、
c)前記工程b)の前記流体生成物流を気相/液相分離システムに供給し、水、炭化物、コークス、灰、触媒微粒子およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された成分含む液相流と、ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレンを含む気相流とを生成する工程と、
d)前記工程c)の前記気相流を生成物回収システムに供給し、ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレンを回収する工程と、
e)前記工程d)で回収されたトルエンの少なくとも一部を、前記工程a)の前記流動床反応器に再循環する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする改良された触媒急速熱分解方法。 - 前記工程a)の前記触媒組成物は、12超の二酸化ケイ素/アルミナ・モル比および1〜12の拘束係数によって特徴づけられる結晶分子篩を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 流動床反応条件は、300〜1000℃の温度及び100〜1500kPaの圧力を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)の前記触媒組成物は、12超かつ240以下の二酸化ケイ素/アルミナ・モル比および5〜10の拘束係数によって特徴づけられる結晶分子篩を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)の前記触媒組成物は、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、ZSM−12、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、ZSM−35、ZSM−38、ZSM−48、ZSM−50またはそれらの組み合わせの構造を有する結晶分子篩を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)の前記触媒組成物は、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、ZSM−22、ZSM−23またはそれらの組み合わせの構造を有する結晶分子篩を含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)の前記触媒組成物は、ZSM−5の構造を有する結晶分子篩を含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記回収されたトルエンの5〜99%を、前記工程a)の前記流動床反応器に再循環する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記回収されたトルエンの30〜50%を、前記工程a)の前記流動床反応器に再循環する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)の前記固形物分離・ストリッピングシステムは、1つのサイクロンまたは複数の直列のサイクロンを備える、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)の前記気相/液相分離システムは、ベンチュリシステム、急冷システム、コンデンサ、冷却装置、吸収システム、スクラバ、デミスタ、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記生成物回収システムは、コンデンサ、冷却装置、吸収システム、デミスタまたはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- a)バイオマスと、ZSM−5の構造を有する結晶分子篩を含む触媒組成物と、輸送流体を、300〜1000℃の温度、100〜1500kPaの圧力、触媒・バイオマスの質量比0.1〜40を含む反応条件に維持された触媒急速熱分解法の流動床反応器に供給して、未処理の流体生成物流を生成する工程と、
b)前記工程a)の前記未処理の流体生成物流を固形物分離・ストリッピングシステムに供給し、分離した固形物と流体生成物流を生成する工程と、
c)前記工程b)の前記流体生成物流を気相/液相分離システムに供給し、水、炭化物、コークス、灰、触媒微粒子およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された成分を含む液相流と、ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレンを含む気相流を生成する工程と、
d)前記工程c)の前記気相流を生成物回収システムに供給し、ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレンを回収する工程と、
e)前記工程d)で回収されたトルエンの約5〜約99%を、工程a)の前記流動床反応器に再循環する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする改良された触媒急速熱分解方法。 - 前記触媒組成物は、多孔質の無機酸化物、クレイ、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された結合剤物質を含む、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記無機酸化物は、アルミナ、ジルコニア、二酸化ケイ素、マグネシア、トリア、チタニア、ボリア又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記クレイは、ベントナイト、珪藻土またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記回収されたトルエンの30〜50%を、前記工程a)の前記流動床反応器に再循環する、請求項13記載の方法。
