Abstract
Description
しかし、従来の一般的な場合、外径または内径と一致する連結用ブラケットが必ず必要となるため、変わった直径に対応する連結用ブラケットがそれぞれ必要となる問題点があった。
また、軸ピン等のように締まりばめにより締結される製品もまたその直径に対応する大きさに作製して設けなければならないので、作製が面倒であった。
また、前記コアは、ネジ孔が形成された円筒と、前記円筒の外周面から放射状に延びた多数個のスロット出しと、前記スロット出しの間で互いに向かい合う方向に突出したスロット突起とで構成され、拡張出しの外径が拡張または収縮されるようにする。
この後、複数個の拡張出し140をそれぞれコア130の挿入溝135の間に位置させると同時に、スロット141がスロット突起134に挿入され、ガイド突起142が胴体110のガイド溝112に挿入されるようにする。
Claims (9)
- 長手方向に沿って延びたボルト;
前記ボルトを包むようにボルトの一側に配置された胴体;
前記ボルトの長手方向に沿って配置されるコア;
前記コアの外側に放射状に配置される複数個の拡張出し;及び
前記拡張出しと対応するように前記拡張出しを包む複数個の外皮;を含み、
前記拡張出しは、前記ボルトの回転方向によってコアにより外部に拡張されるか、または中心方向に収縮されて外周面の直径を可変することを特徴とする、可変直径を有する構造体。 - 前記胴体は、ボルトが挿入される挿入孔と、拡張出しの一側が連結されて放射状に案内されるようにするガイド溝とで構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記コアは、ネジ孔が形成された円筒と、前記円筒の外周面から放射状に延びた多数個のスロット出しと、前記スロット出しの間で互いに向かい合う方向に突出したスロット突起とで構成され、拡張出しの外径が拡張または収縮されるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記スロット突起は、ボルトの軸方向から外側へ傾斜した形態で配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記拡張出しは、一定の長さを有し、長手方向の端部に形成されるガイド突起と、長手方向の両側に傾斜するように形成され、前記スロット突起が摺動案内されるスロットと、前記スロットと直交する位置に長手方向に沿って陥没した楔溝と、前記楔溝の一側が互いに向かい合う方向に狭くなるように形成された楔係止突起とで構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記拡張出しは、コアの長さより相対的に長く形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記外皮は、相互重畳されるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 前記ボルトには、前記コアを複数個設けることができるようにする複数個のスペーサがさらに備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変直径を有する構造体。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の可変直径を有する構造体は、
断面形状がドーナツ状で一定の大きさの内径を有する構造物を相互連結するために利用されることを特徴とする、可変直径を有する構造体。
